The Puerta Corrediza - 1 Hoja is a single-panel sliding door that travels along a top rail. The panel slides laterally to open, parking over the adjacent wall section. Livewire component: puertas.corrediza1hoja
This component is currently a visual prototype. It renders an animated sliding door demonstration but does not yet include dimension inputs, profile calculations, or a fabrication summary. Full calculation logic is under development.

Current state

The component renders an interactive schematic that illustrates how the single-leaf sliding door operates:
  • A top rail runs the full width of the frame
  • The left half of the frame represents the wall (muro) section where the door parks when open
  • The right half represents the opening (hueco)
  • The door leaf slides between the two positions when clicked

Interaction

Click anywhere on the door leaf to toggle between open and closed states. The transition animates over 1200 ms with an ease-in-out curve.
Closed → leaf is positioned over the hueco (right half)
Open → leaf slides left and parks over the muro (left half)

Door anatomy

Top rail

A continuous linear guide runs across the top of the frame. The door leaf hangs from rollers that travel along this rail.

Single leaf

One movable panel covers the full height of the opening. It slides horizontally to open and close.

Muro zone

The wall section beside the opening. The leaf parks here when the door is open, so the hueco is fully clear.

Hueco zone

The clear opening that the door covers when closed. Its width equals the leaf width.

Planned features

When fully implemented, this component will include:
  • Dimension inputs for overall frame width and height
  • Rail profile calculations
  • Leaf frame profile cut list
  • Glass panel size output
  • Roller and guide hardware accessories list
  • Print-ready fabrication summary
