2025Coinbase is the leading platform for buying, selling, and storing digital assets, serving 120 million users worldwide. Part of that widespread adoption is thanks to the Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP), which enables developers to build onchain more easily.
Documentation is naturally a major component of the CDP experience, but their previous solution, Docusaurus, didn’t provide the modern experience that today’s developers expect. Coinbase needed to upgrade their documentation to be AI-native, but they didn’t want to sink the engineering hours in cobbling together Docusaurus components or building from scratch.
