Get started in 3 steps

This guide walks you through placing your first order with Reprodisseny — from browsing our catalog to submitting a quote request with your print file.

Find your product

Visit reprodisseny.com and browse the product catalog. Products are organized by category:
  • Gran formato — Large-format banners, roll-ups, backdrops
  • PLV y displays — Point-of-sale displays, stands, totems
  • Vinilos — Adhesive vinyls, window graphics, floor decals
  • Impresión digital — Brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards
  • Packaging — Custom boxes and packaging
  • Libros y revistas — Books, catalogs, manuals
Each product page shows available formats, materials, finishes, and common use cases.

Prepare your file

Before submitting your quote, make sure your artwork file is print-ready:
Work in CMYK for all print jobs. RGB files will be converted during pre-press, which may cause color shifts. For critical brand colors, specify Pantone references.
Images must be at least 300 ppi at final print size for small/medium format. For large-format work viewed from a distance, 100–150 ppi at print size is acceptable.
Add 3 mm of bleed around all edges if your design extends to the cut line. Keep text and important elements at least 3–5 mm inside the trim edge.
Export as PDF with fonts embedded or converted to outlines. Flatten transparencies if you encounter RIP issues.

Submit your quote request

Use the online quote form at reprodisseny.com/pedir-presupuesto:
  1. Enter your name, email, and company (optional)
  2. Select the product you need
  3. Add any quantity, size, material, or finish details in the message field
  4. Upload your print file (PDF, JPEG, PNG, SVG, ZIP, or EPS — up to 25 MB)
  5. Accept the privacy policy and submit
You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

What happens after you submit

Once your quote request is received:
  1. Our team reviews your specifications and file
  2. If the file has pre-press issues, we contact you with corrections needed
  3. You receive a detailed quote with pricing, timeline, and delivery options
  4. Upon approval, we proceed to production
  5. We notify you when your order is ready for pickup or dispatch
