Creating Your Fitness Plan
JCV Fitness uses a comprehensive 9-step wizard to create your personalized fitness and nutrition plan. This guide walks you through each step of the process.Starting the Wizard
To create your plan:- Visit the JCV Fitness website at jcv24fitness.com
- Click the “Crear Tu Rutina” or “Start Wizard” button
- You’ll be taken to
/wizardto begin the personalization process
You don’t need to create an account before starting the wizard. Account creation happens after payment.
The 9-Step Wizard Process
Step 1: Fitness Level
Select your current fitness level:
- Beginner - New to exercise or returning after a long break
- Intermediate - Regular exercise experience (3-6 months)
- Advanced - Consistent training for over 6 months
Step 2: Goals
Choose your primary fitness goal:
- Weight Loss (Pérdida de peso)
- Muscle Gain (Ganancia muscular)
- Toning (Tonificación)
- General Fitness (Acondicionamiento general)
Step 3: Available Time
Select how much time you can dedicate per workout session:
- 20 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 60 minutes
- 90+ minutes
Step 4: Equipment
Select the equipment you have access to:
- Casa (Home) - Bodyweight exercises
- Gimnasio (Gym) - Full equipment access
- Mínimo (Minimal) - Dumbbells and resistance bands
Step 5: Program Duration
Choose how long you want your program to run:
- 4 weeks
- 8 weeks
- 12 weeks
Step 6: Body Data
Enter your personal metrics for accurate calculations:
- Weight (kg)
- Height (cm)
- Age (years)
- Gender
- Activity Level (sedentary to very active)
Step 7: Exercise Selection
Review and customize the exercises in your plan:
- Browse through recommended exercises
- Each exercise shows target muscles and difficulty
- Swap exercises you don’t like
- Mark exercises you want to include
Step 8: Food Selection
Customize your meal plan:
- Review recommended foods for your goal
- Mark foods you like or want to include
- Flag foods you’re allergic to or dislike
- See portion sizes and macros

What Happens Next?
After selecting a plan:- You’ll be prompted to create an account or log in (if you haven’t already)
- Proceed to payment via MercadoPago or Wompi
- After successful payment, your subscription activates immediately
- Access your complete plan in the dashboard
Your Wizard Data
Your wizard responses are:- Saved automatically as you progress (in local storage)
- Migrated to your account after payment
- Used to generate your personalized PDF plan
- Accessible in your dashboard for reference
Modifying Your Plan
To create a new plan with different parameters:- Go to your Dashboard
- Click “Create New Plan” or return to
/wizard - Complete the wizard again with new selections
- Your new plan will replace the previous one
You can create a new plan anytime during your active subscription at no additional cost.
