Downloading Your Plans
Once you have an active JCV Fitness subscription, you can access and download your personalized plans. This guide explains how to view and download your workout and meal plans.Accessing Your Plans
You can access your plans in three ways:From the Dashboard
Choose Plan Type
Click one of the quick action buttons:
- “Ver Plan de Alimentación” - View your meal plan
- “Ver Rutina de Ejercicios” - View your workout plan
- “Descargar PDF” - Download complete plan as PDF

All plan pages are protected. You must have an active subscription to access them.
From Email
After payment, you receive a confirmation email with:- Direct link to your dashboard

Viewing Your Meal Plan
Plan Structure
Your meal plan (/plan/alimentacion) includes:
Daily Meals

Downloading Your Plan as PDF
Download Process
Verify Subscription Status
The page shows:
- Current subscription status (Active/Inactive)
- Days remaining in subscription
- Plan type (Básico, Pro, Premium)
Review Watermark Notice
Your PDF will include a watermark with:
- Your full name (or email if no name set)
- Download date
- “Personal and Non-transferable” notice
Click Download
Click the “Descargar PDF” button. The system:
- Verifies your active subscription
- Generates a watermarked PDF on-demand
- Logs the download with IP and timestamp
- Delivers the PDF to your browser

Security & Watermarking
Why Watermarks?
JCV Fitness watermarks all PDFs to:- Prevent unauthorized distribution
- Protect intellectual property
- Ensure accountability
- Track plan sharing violations
Watermark Details
Each PDF page includes:- Header Watermark: Your email/name + date
- Footer Watermark: “Licensed to [Your Name] - Valid until [Expiration Date]”
- Embedded Metadata: Subscription ID and user ID
Download Limits
To prevent abuse:- Maximum 5 downloads per day per user
- Each download is logged with IP address and user agent
- Suspicious activity (e.g., sharing IPs) may trigger account review
Offline Access

Your downloaded PDF is valid for offline use:- ✅ Save to your device

- Check your internet connection
- Verify you haven’t hit the 5 downloads/day limit
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Contact support if issue persists

Possible issues:
- PDF generation still in progress (wait 10 seconds)
- Browser blocked the download
- PDF reader compatibility issue

How to fix:
- Go to
/settings - Update your “Full Name” field
- Save changes
- Download PDF again

Once your subscription expires, you cannot download PDFs. However:
- Your previous downloads remain valid
- Renewing your subscription restores download access
- Your plan data is preserved and will be available when you renew
Best Practices
Download Early
Download your PDF soon after subscribing so you have offline access throughout your subscription period.
Backup Your PDF
Save your PDF to multiple locations (computer, phone, cloud) in case you lose access to one device.
Print if Needed
Print your workout plan for gym use. Laminating can protect it from sweat and wear.
Update Regularly
If you modify your wizard preferences or upgrade plans, re-download the PDF to get the updated version.
