Get Started in 10 Minutes

This guide walks you through creating your first personalized fitness plan with JCV Fitness. You’ll create an account, complete the wizard, and access your customized workout and meal plans.
You can try JCV Fitness with our 5-week trial plans before subscribing. Complete the wizard to see what your personalized program looks like!

Step 1: Create Your Account

Navigate to the JCV Fitness platform and click Get Started or Sign Up.

Registration Options

You have two authentication methods:
  1. Enter your email address
  2. Create a secure password
  3. Add your full name (optional)
  4. Click Sign Up
  5. Check your email for verification

Make sure to verify your email address before proceeding. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes.

Step 2: Complete the 9-Step Wizard

After logging in, you’ll be guided through our interactive wizard at /wizard. Each step helps us understand your unique fitness profile.

Training Level

Select your experience level:
  • Principiante - New to fitness (< 3 months)
  • Básico - Fundamental knowledge (3-6 months)
  • Intermedio - Consistent training (6-18 months)
  • Avanzado - High performance (2+ years)
  • Elite - Competitive level (4+ years)
This determines exercise difficulty and progression speed.

Training Goal

Choose your primary objective:

Time Availability

How many days per week can you train?
  • 2-3 days (minimal commitment)

Equipment Access

Select what equipment you have available:
  • Casa - Bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells
  • Gimnasio - Full gym equipment
  • Ambos - Flexibility to train anywhere
This determines which exercises are included in your routine.

Workout Duration

How long can each workout session be?
  • 20-30 minutes (quick sessions)
  • 45-60 minutes (standard workouts)
  • 60-90 minutes (extended training)

Body Measurements

Enter your current stats:
  • Age (years)
  • Weight (kg)
  • Height (cm)
  • Target weight (optional)
  • Body fat percentage (optional)
This helps calculate your nutritional needs and track progress.

Exercise Preferences

Select exercises you want to avoid or focus on:
  • Browse 100+ exercises in our library
  • Mark exercises you can’t perform (injuries/limitations)
  • Star exercises you want to prioritize

Food Preferences

Customize your meal plan:
  • Dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, etc.)
  • Allergies and intolerances
  • Foods you dislike
  • Meal frequency preference

Review Summary

Review all your selections before generating your plan:
  • Verify all information is correct
  • Make any necessary changes
  • Click Generate My Plan to create your personalized program
Your selections are saved in real-time using Zustand state management, so you can leave and return without losing progress.

Payment Process

The checkout modal appears showing:
  • Plan details and pricing
  • Billing cycle information
  • Total amount in COP

Choose Payment Provider

Select your payment method:
  • MercadoPago - Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash payments
  • Wompi - PSE, Nequi, Bancolombia QR, credit/debit cards
All payments are secured and processed through certified payment gateways.

Complete Payment

You’ll be redirected to the payment provider:
  • Enter your payment information
  • Confirm the transaction
  • Wait for payment confirmation

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:
  • You’ll be redirected to /payment/success
  • Your subscription is activated immediately
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email
Webhook processing happens asynchronously via Cloudflare Workers at mercadopago-jcv.fagal142010.workers.dev. Your subscription activation may take 1-2 minutes.

Step 4: Access Your Dashboard

Navigate to /dashboard to view your personalized fitness hub:

View your current fitness plan status:
  • Plan name and type
  • Creation date
  • Progress tracking
  • Quick access to workout and meal plans

Step 5: View Your Personalized Plans

Workout Plan

Access your workout routine at /plan/ejercicios:
  • Weekly Schedule - See which days you train and rest
  • Exercise Details - Sets, reps, rest periods, and tempo
  • Progression System - Gradual increases in volume and intensity
  • Form Videos - Watch proper technique for each exercise
  • Alternative Exercises - Swap exercises based on equipment/preferences

Meal Plan

View your nutrition program at /plan/alimentacion:
  • Daily Meal Schedule - Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
  • Macronutrient Breakdown - Protein, carbs, fats, and calories
  • Food Exchange Tables - Swap foods while maintaining nutrition balance
  • Portion Guidance - Exact measurements for each meal
  • Shopping Lists - What to buy each week
Both plans adapt to your selections from the wizard. Your training level, goals, equipment, and food preferences all influence the final program.

Step 6: Download Your Plans

You can download PDF versions of your plans for offline access:

Go to /plan/download from your dashboard or plan pages

Select Content

Choose what to include:
  • Workout plan
  • Meal plan
  • Exercise library
  • Food exchange tables

Generate PDF

Click Download Plan to generate your personalized PDF with:
  • Your name as watermark (prevents unauthorized sharing)
  • All selected content
  • Professional formatting
  • Printer-friendly layout

PDFs are personalized with your account watermark. Sharing your login or PDFs violates our terms of service and may result in account suspension.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Your plan is flexible. You can adjust timing and swap exercises/meals using the substitution features. Premium subscribers can request custom adjustments from their coach.
We recommend regenerating your plan every 4-6 weeks to account for progress and prevent plateaus. Premium subscribers get monthly adjustments included.
Yes! The 5-week trial plans are available without a subscription. This lets you test the platform and see sample workouts before committing.
