The chip manager window allows you to manage chips, including adding, changing, moving or removing them. chip manager

Global Options

Preserve channel order
checkbox
default:"false"
Make existing pattern data stay in place even when chips are rearranged. When turned off, pattern data will be arranged to match (the default, and usually desired behavior).
Clone channel data
checkbox
default:"false"
When cloning chips, also copy patterns, pattern names, channel names and other parameters to the clone.
Clone at end
checkbox
default:"false"
Instead of inserting the clone directly after the cloned chip, add it to the end.

Channel LEDs

Each chip shows an “LED” row with segments corresponding to its channels. They light up when a new note plays!

Move Chip

crossed-arrowsClick and drag to reorder chips.

Clone Chip

two pagesClick to duplicate a chip with its settings.

Change Chip

ejectClick to replace a chip with a different one. This displays the chip selector.

Remove Chip

XClick to remove a chip from the module.

Chip Configuration

Click the chevron to the right of the LEDs to configure a chip. This allows you to change chip options such as:
  • Clock rate
  • Chip type/variant
  • Other chip-specific settings
