Tips and Best Practices
Find Your Rhythm
The default 25-minute focus / 5-minute break ratio works well for most people, but experiment to find what works best for you. Some people prefer longer 50-minute sessions, while others work better with shorter 15-minute sprints.
Use Soundscapes
Enable soundscape integration to create an immersive environment. Ambient sounds help signal your brain when it’s time to focus and when it’s time to rest.
Honor Your Breaks
Breaks are essential for maintaining focus. Use them to step away from your screen, stretch, or get a drink. Resist the temptation to skip breaks.
Track Your Progress
Check your daily statistics to understand your productivity patterns. This helps you identify your most productive times of day.
