Understanding Progress Indicators

Progress Percentage

Calculated as:
Progress % = (Completed Resources / Total Resources) × 100
Important: Progress is based on resource count, not time. A 5-minute video counts the same as a 2-hour video.

Time Tracking

Two time metrics appear:
  1. Time Spent: Sum of durations for all completed resources
  2. Remaining Time: Sum of durations for incomplete resources
Time estimates are based on resource metadata (video length, PDF page count, etc.). Your actual time may vary.

Dashboard Best Practices

Daily Check-In: Visit your dashboard daily to see deadlines and resume where you left off.
Priority Focus: Tackle items in the Upcoming Deadlines section first.
Balance Multiple Plans: Avoid starting too many instances at once. Focus on 2-3 active plans for best results.
Update Regularly: If circumstances change, adjust deadlines rather than abandoning instances.

Customizing Your Experience

Rename Instances: Give instances descriptive custom titles to quickly identify them.
Archive Completed: Consider completing and moving on from finished instances to keep your dashboard clean.
Strategic Deadlines: Set deadlines strategically so the most important plans appear in Upcoming Deadlines.

Mobile Dashboard

The dashboard is fully responsive:
  • Mobile: Stacks vertically, Continue Learning full width
  • Tablet: Two-column layout for better space usage
  • Desktop: Three-column layout for optimal viewing
All features work identically across devices. Your progress syncs automatically.

Troubleshooting

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Ensure you’re logged in
  • Check if you have any active instances
  • Clear browser cache if issues persist
  • Progress is based on resource count, not time
  • Verify completion status of each resource in the instance
  • Some resources may have been added/removed in edit mode
  • Only instances with set deadlines appear
  • Only future deadlines are shown (not past due)
  • Maximum of 3 deadlines displayed
  • The most recent instance appears in Continue Learning instead
  • Scroll down or click View All to see all instances
  • Check if you’re on the correct account
