From installation to your first reservation — everything you need to start using PARKINMX.

Create your account

Download the PARKINMX app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email or use biometric authentication for quick access.

Add your vehicle

Register your vehicle by entering the license plate number. You can add multiple vehicles and switch between them when making reservations.
Vehicle information is stored securely and used to verify your parking reservations.

Fund your wallet

Add funds to your digital wallet using a credit or debit card. The minimum balance required for reservations is 120 credits.
Set up auto-reload to ensure you never miss a reservation due to low balance.

Make your first reservation

Select a parking spot on the interactive map, choose your arrival time, and confirm your reservation. You’ll receive a QR code ticket instantly.

Your reservation is confirmed! You’ll receive push notifications 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. The QR code ticket can be accessed from the home screen.
