Last Updated: December 2025 By using PARKINMX, you agree to the following terms and conditions.Account Requirements
To use PARKINMX, you must:- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone)
- Have a valid payment method
- Own or have authorization to use the vehicles you register
Reservation Policies
Booking Rules:- Reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM daily
- Maximum 1 active reservation per user at a time
- Minimum wallet balance: 120 credits ($20 MXN)
- Free cancellation: More than 1 hour before reservation time
- Late cancellation: Less than 1 hour before = 100 credit penalty
- No-show: Failing to arrive = automatic cancellation + 100 credit penalty
- Your spot remains reserved until the end of your time slot
- No refund for unused time if you arrive late
Payment and Credits
Credit System:- 1 MXN = 6 credits
- Minimum recharge: 30 MXN (180 credits)
- Bonus credits: +20 credits for recharges ≥100 credits
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- All payments processed through Mercado Pago
- Card information encrypted and tokenized
- PARKINMX never stores full card numbers
- Charges appear as “PARKINMX” or “MercadoPago” on statements
Unused credits remain in your wallet indefinitely and do not expire.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:- Share your account credentials with others
- Transfer or sell your account
- Use the app for illegal parking or unauthorized vehicles
- Attempt to manipulate the credit system or reservation availability
- Reverse-engineer the app or QR code system
- Create fake accounts or friend requests for spam
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of wallet balance
- Legal action if damages occur
Liability and Disclaimers
PARKINMX is not responsible for:- Vehicle damage, theft, or loss while parked
- Personal injuries on parking premises
- Delays due to technical issues or server downtime
- Third-party payment processor failures
- GPS inaccuracy or mapping errors
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time:- Go to Perfil → Configuración
- Scroll to bottom and tap “Eliminar Cuenta”
- Confirm deletion
- All data is permanently deleted within 30 days
Remaining credit balance is forfeited upon account deletion. Withdraw or use credits before deleting your account.
- Violation of terms of service
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations
- Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

PARKINMX does not track your real-time location or movement patterns.

- No advertising or tracking cookies
Children’s Privacy
PARKINMX is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we will:- Immediately suspend the account
- Delete all associated data
- Notify the email address on file
International Users
Data Storage Location: Firebase servers (United States and Mexico) GDPR Compliance (EU users):- Right to access, correction, deletion
- Data processing agreement with Firebase
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified
- Annual privacy notice
