Overview
Daily Records capture essential wellness metrics:- Sleep hours: How many hours you slept (0-24 hours)
- Energy level: Your overall energy throughout the day (0-10 scale)
- Mood: Your emotional state and how you felt (0-10 scale)
- Motivation: Your drive and motivation level (0-10 scale)

Best Practices
Record Consistently
Try to fill out your daily record at the same time each day, preferably in the evening when you can reflect on the full day.
Be Honest
Record your actual experience, not what you think it “should” be. Honest data leads to valuable insights.
Use Comments Strategically
Add comments on days that feel significant—either exceptionally good or challenging. This context helps when reviewing later.
Don't Overthink
Your first instinct is usually accurate. Don’t spend too much time agonizing over whether you’re a 6 or 7.
