The Statistics Dashboard transforms your daily records into meaningful insights through visualizations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and AI-generated summaries. This is where your tracking efforts become actionable intelligence.

Overview

The dashboard provides:
  • Date-filtered analysis: Focus on specific time periods
  • Key metrics: Average scores for mood, energy, exercise, and sleep
  • Trend visualization: Line chart showing how your mood changes over time
  • Habits overview: Radar chart displaying all wellness dimensions
  • AI insights: Personalized summary and recommendations
By default, the dashboard shows data for the last 7 days, but you can adjust the date range to analyze any time period.

Accessing the Dashboard

1

Navigate to Statistics

Open the side menu and select “Estadísticas” (Statistics). The dashboard page loads with your recent data.
2

Review Default Period

The dashboard initially displays statistics for the past week (last 7 days), giving you a quick snapshot of recent trends.

Setting Your Date Range

Customize the analysis period to focus on specific timeframes:
1

Locate Date Filters

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see two date buttons under the “Filtros” (Filters) label.
2

Set Start Date

Click the first date button to open the start date picker. Select the first day of the period you want to analyze.
3

Set End Date

Click the second date button to open the end date picker. Select the last day of the period you want to analyze.
4

View Updated Statistics

The dashboard automatically updates with new calculations based on your selected date range. The summary text shows: “Estadísticas generadas para el período del [start] al [end]”.
The start date must be before or equal to the end date. If you select an invalid range (start after end), you’ll see an error toast and the dates will reset to the default 7-day period.

Understanding Your KPIs

The dashboard displays four key averages calculated from your daily records:

Mood Average (Ánimo)

Your average mood score over the selected period:
  • Scale: 0-10
  • Interpretation: Higher numbers indicate more positive emotional states
  • Use: Track whether your overall mood is improving, stable, or declining

Energy Average (Energía)

Your average energy level:
  • Scale: 0-10
  • Interpretation: Higher numbers mean more vitality and less fatigue
  • Use: Identify if lifestyle changes are affecting your energy levels

Consistency (Constancia)

Number of days you tracked during the period:
  • Scale: Number of days
  • Interpretation: Higher numbers indicate better tracking consistency
  • Use: Monitor your commitment to regular tracking
Consistency is crucial for accurate insights. Try to track every day, even if some days feel “average.” The pattern over time is what reveals valuable information.

Exercise Average (Ejercicio)

Your average daily exercise in hours:
  • Scale: Hours per day
  • Interpretation: Shows your physical activity level
  • Use: Ensure you’re meeting your movement goals
While only four KPIs are displayed in cards, the system also tracks averages for sleep and motivation, which appear in the radar chart.

Mood Trend Line Chart

The line chart visualizes how your mood changes over time:

Chart Features

  • X-axis: Dates in your selected range
  • Y-axis: Mood score (0-10)
  • Line: Connects your daily mood ratings
  • Trend visibility: Easy to spot upward, downward, or stable patterns

Reading the Chart

Look for:
  • Overall direction: Is your mood trending up, down, or staying stable?
  • Volatility: Are there big swings or is your mood relatively consistent?
  • Specific events: Do certain dates show notable changes?
  • Patterns: Do certain days of the week show different moods?
Compare the mood chart with your daily record comments to understand what events or behaviors correlate with mood changes.

Habits Radar Chart

The radar (spider) chart shows all your wellness dimensions simultaneously:

Dimensions Displayed

  • Mood (Estado de ánimo)
  • Energy (Energía)
  • Sleep (Sueño)
  • Motivation (Motivación)
  • Exercise (Ejercicio)

Chart Benefits

The radar chart helps you:
  • See balance: Identify which areas are strong vs. need attention
  • Spot imbalances: Notice if one dimension is significantly lower than others
  • Set priorities: Focus improvement efforts on the weakest areas
  • Track holistic wellness: See all dimensions at once rather than individually
A balanced radar chart (roughly circular shape) indicates well-rounded wellness across all tracked dimensions. An uneven shape suggests specific areas need attention.

AI-Generated Insights

The Insights Card provides personalized analysis powered by artificial intelligence:

What It Includes

  • AI-generated summary: A narrative analysis of your wellness patterns
  • Personalized recommendations: Specific suggestions based on your data
  • Pattern recognition: Insights you might not notice on your own
  • Contextual advice: Guidance tailored to your specific situation

How It Works

1

Data Analysis

The AI analyzes all your daily records within the selected date range, including mood, energy, sleep, exercise, and motivation scores.
2

Pattern Detection

The system identifies trends, correlations, and notable patterns in your data.
3

Summary Generation

Based on the analysis, the AI writes a personalized summary in natural language.
4

Display

The summary appears in the Insights Card with an AI avatar icon, making it clear this is AI-generated content.
The AI summary is generated based on statistical patterns in your data. While it provides valuable insights, it should be combined with your own self-reflection and, when appropriate, professional guidance.

Understanding the Insights

The AI summary typically includes:
  • Overall assessment: General evaluation of your wellness during the period
  • Strengths: Areas where you’re doing well
  • Challenges: Dimensions that might need attention
  • Correlations: Connections between different metrics (e.g., “Your energy tends to be higher on days with more sleep”)
  • Recommendations: Specific, actionable suggestions for improvement
Click the information icon (i) in the Insights Card to see a reminder that this content is AI-generated and what that means.

Using Statistics Effectively

Weekly Review

1

Set to Last 7 Days

Use the default 7-day view (or set dates for the past week).
2

Check Consistency

Look at your Constancia (consistency) score. Aim for 7 out of 7 days.
3

Review Averages

Note your average mood, energy, and exercise levels.
4

Examine Trends

Look at the mood chart for patterns or notable changes.
5

Read AI Insights

Review the AI summary for patterns you might have missed.
6

Plan Improvements

Based on the data, identify one area to focus on for the coming week.

Monthly Analysis

1

Select Full Month

Set your date range to cover an entire month (e.g., March 1 - March 31).
2

Compare to Previous Month

View the previous month and note the KPIs, then compare to current month.
3

Identify Changes

Look for meaningful differences in averages or trend direction.
4

Correlate with Life Events

Think about what happened during the month that might explain the data.
5

Set Goals

Use the insights to set specific, measurable goals for the next month.

Custom Period Analysis

Analyze specific events or experiments:
  • Before/After: Compare periods before and after a lifestyle change
  • Seasonal: Compare the same time period across different years
  • Experimental: Track specific interventions (e.g., new sleep routine)
  • Recovery: Monitor wellness during challenging periods
The flexibility to choose any date range makes the statistics dashboard powerful for testing hypotheses about what impacts your wellness.

Interpreting Your Data

Signs of improvement:
  • Upward slope in mood chart
  • Increasing KPI averages over time
  • More balanced radar chart
  • Improved consistency in tracking

Areas for Attention

Indicators that need focus:
  • Declining mood trend
  • Low scores in specific dimensions (particularly mood, energy, or sleep)
  • Highly irregular or volatile patterns
  • Poor tracking consistency

Correlations to Explore

Look for relationships between:
  • Sleep hours and energy levels
  • Exercise and mood scores
  • Consistency of tracking and overall wellness
  • Specific days of the week and various metrics
To truly understand correlations, you need consistent data over extended periods. One week might show random variation, but patterns over several weeks or months are more meaningful.

Best Practices

1

Review Regularly

Check your statistics at least weekly to stay aware of your wellness trends.
2

Use Multiple Timeframes

Don’t just look at one period. Compare weeks, months, and custom ranges for deeper insights.
3

Combine with Calendar

When you spot interesting patterns, use the calendar to review your comments from specific days.
4

Track Experiments

When trying new wellness practices, use custom date ranges to measure their impact.
5

Share with Professionals

If working with a therapist or counselor, these statistics can provide valuable context for your sessions.
6

Stay Consistent

The more regularly you create daily records, the more valuable your statistics become.

Troubleshooting

No Data Showing

If the dashboard shows no statistics:
  • Check that you have daily records in the selected date range
  • Verify your date range is set correctly
  • Try expanding the date range to include more days
  • Ensure you’re logged in as the correct user

Invalid Date Range Error

If you see an error toast:
  • The start date is after the end date
  • Adjust the dates so start comes before end
  • The dates will automatically reset to a valid 7-day range

Charts Not Rendering

If charts don’t appear:
  • Ensure you have enough data points (at least 2-3 days for meaningful charts)
  • Refresh the page
  • Check browser console for errors
  • Try a different browser if issues persist

AI Summary Stuck on “Generating…”

If the insights don’t load:
  • Wait up to 30 seconds for the AI to process your data
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the dashboard
  • If the issue persists, try again later
