Email campaigns are available on Standard and Pro plans. Free plan users can preview the interface but need to upgrade to send campaigns.
Accessing Campaigns
Navigate to campaigns from your dashboard:- Click “Campaigns” in the main navigation menu
- View all campaigns associated with your forms
- Filter by form or campaign status
Campaign List
The campaigns page displays all your email campaigns in a table or grid view:Campaign Table Columns

Switch between display options:- Grid View - Visual cards with campaign previews
- List View - Compact table for scanning multiple campaigns
Creating a Campaign
Prerequisites
- At least one form with submissions
- Active Standard or Pro subscription
- Verified sender email address
Campaign Creation Dialog
Click “Create Campaign” to open the composer:Campaign Details
Campaign Name (Required)- Internal identifier for your campaign
- Not visible to recipients
- Example: “Welcome Series #1”, “Product Launch Announcement”
- Internal notes about the campaign
- Helps organize multiple campaigns
- Useful for team collaboration
Email Content
Subject Line (Required)- The email subject recipients will see
- Keep it clear and compelling
- Best practice: 40-50 characters
- The main content of your email
- Supports HTML formatting
- Minimum 200 characters recommended
HTML Support
Format your email with HTML:<p>- Paragraphs<strong>,<b>- Bold text<em>,<i>- Italic text<a href="">- Links<ul>,<ol>,<li>- Lists<br>- Line breaks<h1>through<h6>- Headings
Draft Management
The campaign composer includes auto-save:- Auto-save - Saves every 30 seconds while editing
- Manual save - Click the save icon to save immediately
- Last saved - Timestamp showing when draft was last saved
- Clear draft - Reset button to start over
- Draft restoration - Automatically loads saved draft when reopening
Drafts are stored in your browser’s local storage and persist even if you navigate away or close the tab.
Preview Mode
Before sending, preview your email:- Click the preview icon in the composer header
- See exactly how recipients will see your email
- Review subject line and content formatting
- Check links and styling
- Subject line as email header
- Sender information (“From: Your Campaign”)
- Recipient placeholder (“To: Form Subscribers”)
- Rendered HTML content
Sending Campaigns
Send Now
Send immediately to all form subscribers:- Complete all required fields
- Review content in preview mode
- Click “Create” button
- Confirm send action
- Campaign status changes to “Sending”
Schedule for Later
Set a future send time:- Click “Schedule” instead of “Send”
- Select date and time
- Choose timezone
- Confirm scheduling
- Campaign status shows “Scheduled” with send time
Scheduled Campaign Management
For scheduled campaigns:- View send date in the calendar icon badge
- See countdown: “X days until sending”
- Edit before send time
- Cancel scheduling if needed

Click any sent campaign to view detailed metrics:Campaign Header
Displays:- Campaign name and description
- Status badge
- Send date and time
- Form association
- Action buttons (Edit, Duplicate, Delete)

Recipients
Total subscribers who received the campaign
Delivered
Successfully delivered emails (excludes bounces)
Opens
Number and percentage of recipients who opened
Clicks
Click-through rate on links in the email
Detailed Metrics
Open Rate- Percentage of recipients who opened the email
- Tracked via invisible pixel
- Industry average: 20-25%
- Percentage who clicked at least one link
- Measures engagement and interest
- Industry average: 2-5%
- Emails that couldn’t be delivered
- Hard bounces (invalid addresses)
- Soft bounces (temporary issues)
- Recipients who opted out
- Shows at bottom of campaign metrics
- Important for list health
Performance Chart
Visualize campaign performance over time:- Opens over time - When recipients opened emails
- Clicks over time - Engagement timeline
- Geographic distribution - Where opens occurred
- Device breakdown - Desktop vs mobile opens
No Analytics Message
For recently sent campaigns:- “Analytics data is still being collected”
- Check back in a few hours
- Initial data appears within 1-2 hours
Campaign Actions
Manage existing campaigns:Edit Campaign
- Available only for draft campaigns
- Scheduled campaigns can be edited before send time
- Sent campaigns cannot be edited (duplicate instead)
Duplicate Campaign
- Click duplicate action
- Creates new draft with same content
- Modify as needed
- Send to same or different form subscribers
Test Email
Send a test before the actual campaign:- Click “Send Test” button
- Enter test email address
- Receive preview email
- Verify formatting and links
Delete Campaign
- Remove campaign from list
- Cannot delete sent campaigns (archive instead)
- Confirmation dialog prevents accidents
Campaign Limits
Plan-based sending limits:- Free - 0 campaigns per month (view only)
- Standard - 10 campaigns per month
- Pro - Unlimited campaigns
If you reach your monthly limit, you’ll see an upgrade prompt. Limits reset on the first of each month.
Email Deliverability
Sender Verification
To ensure high deliverability:- Campaigns sent from verified Mantlz domain
- SPF and DKIM records configured
- DMARC compliance
- Reply-to set to your email
Best Practices
Authenticate Domain
Use a verified sending domain for better deliverability
Avoid Spam Triggers
Don’t use all caps, excessive punctuation, or spam keywords
Clean Lists
Remove bounced and unsubscribed addresses regularly
Engage Subscribers
Send relevant content to maintain good sender reputation
Bounce Handling
Mantlz automatically:- Tracks bounced emails
- Marks invalid addresses
- Excludes bounced addresses from future campaigns
- Provides bounce reports
