How to Upgrade

  1. Navigate to your dashboard settings
  2. Click on “Upgrade Plan”
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm upgrade
Immediate Benefits:
  • Increased quotas take effect immediately
  • Pro-rated billing for the current month
  • Access to advanced features right away

How to Downgrade

  1. Navigate to your dashboard settings
  2. Click on “Manage Subscription”
  3. Select “Change Plan”
  4. Choose your new plan
  5. Confirm downgrade
Important Notes:
  • Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle
  • Current features remain available until cycle ends
  • Excess forms will need to be deleted before downgrade completes
  • Historical data is always preserved
If you have more forms than your new plan allows, you’ll be prompted to delete forms before the downgrade can complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

All your historical data (forms, submissions, analytics) is preserved regardless of plan changes. However, if you have more active forms than your new plan allows, you’ll need to delete some forms before the downgrade completes.
Currently, we don’t offer add-on submission packs. If you consistently exceed your plan’s limits, we recommend upgrading to the next tier for better value.
We currently offer monthly billing only. Annual billing with discounts may be available in the future. Enterprise customers can contact sales for custom billing arrangements.
A submission is counted each time a user successfully submits a form. Partial submissions, validation errors, and spam are not counted toward your quota.
No, email campaigns are only available on Standard (8/month)andProfessional(8/month) and Professional (15/month) plans. The Starter plan focuses on form collection and basic notifications.
