- Submission count - Resets to 0 on the first of each month
- Campaign count - Resets for Standard and Professional plans
- Email metrics - Opens, clicks, and sent counts reset
What Carries Over
- Forms - Your created forms remain active
- Historical data - All past submissions and analytics are preserved
- Settings - All configurations and customizations persist
You’ll receive a warning email 3 days before month-end if you’ve used more than 10% of your quota, giving you time to export data or upgrade.

The Starter plan is free forever and doesn’t require a credit card. You can test all core features before upgrading to a paid plan. We don’t offer separate trials since you can start free and upgrade when needed.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan.
