  • Draft: Work in progress, not visible
  • Paused: Temporarily hidden from search

Edit Gigs

Pause/Resume

Temporarily pause gigs when you’re unavailable or at capacity.
Create multiple gigs for different services rather than one catch-all gig. Specialized gigs perform better in search and attract more qualified clients.

Managing Orders

When a client purchases your gig, an order is created. Manage all orders from Dashboard > Orders.

Order Workflow

1

New Order Notification

You’ll receive a notification when a client places an order.
2

Review Order Details

Check the package purchased, delivery deadline, and any special requirements from the client.
3

Processing

Mark the order as “Processing” and begin work. Communicate with the client if you need clarification.
4

Deliver Work

Upload deliverables and mark the order as complete before the deadline.
5

Client Approval

The client reviews your work and either approves it or requests revisions (if included in the package).
6

Order Complete

Once approved, the order is marked as completed and payment is released.

Order Statuses

  • Pending: Order placed, awaiting your action
  • Processing: You’re actively working on the order
  • Completed: Work delivered and approved by client
  • Cancelled: Order was cancelled (rare)
Always deliver work before the deadline. Late deliveries can result in negative reviews and impact your seller rating.

Effective communication is key to successful client relationships.
