Prerequisites
Before you publish, confirm the following:- Subscription tier — You must be on the Creator, Operator, or Validator tier. The Explorer (Free) tier does not include publishing access.
- Active project — The agent must belong to an active project in your organization.
- Agent readiness — The agent’s API and logic should be stable. Listings with unreliable behavior may be rejected during review.
On the Creator tier you can publish one agent at a time. To list additional agents, upgrade to Operator or Validator. See Subscription Tiers for details.
Publishing workflow
Open Project Settings
Navigate to the project that contains the agent you want to publish. Click the Settings gear icon in the project dashboard.
Launch the Publishing Modal
Click Publish to Marketplace. If your tier supports publishing and you have not reached your listing limit, the button is active. If the button is disabled, see Common issues below.
Fill in agent details
Complete the listing form with the following fields:
- Agent Title — A clear, descriptive name for your agent (up to 100 characters). The field pre-fills with your project name; edit it to make it more discoverable.
- Description — Explain what your agent does, its use cases, and any special features (up to 500 characters). A strong description is the most effective way to attract users.
- Category — Select the category that best fits your agent: Productivity, Developer Tools, Business, Personal Assistant, Creative, Finance, Health, Travel, Games, or Misc.
- Pricing Model — Choose how users are billed:
- Free — Users can run your agent at no cost.
- Usage-based — Users pay a fixed price per use. When you select this model, a Price per use field appears where you enter the dollar amount (minimum $0.01).
- Tiered — Pricing scales in tiers based on usage volume.
- Usage Price — Visible only when Usage-based is selected. Enter the price in dollars (for example,
0.05for $0.05 per use).

Pricing models
Free
Free
Your agent is available at no cost to any TrayLinx user. Free listings do not generate creator revenue but can build visibility and downloads. Choose Free if you want broad adoption or are releasing a utility as a public good.
Usage-based
Usage-based
Users pay a fixed amount each time they invoke your agent. You set the price per use in dollars when creating the listing. The price is stored in cents internally (for example, $0.05 becomes 5 cents). TrayLinx collects the payment and deposits your creator share into your organization wallet after each transaction.
Tiered
Tiered
Pricing scales with usage volume. Tiered pricing is suitable for agents where the cost to serve increases with heavy usage, or where you want to offer a lower entry price with higher rates for power users.
Categories
Choose the category that best describes what your agent does. Users filter the Marketplace by category, so an accurate selection increases discoverability.| Category | Best for |
|---|---|
| Productivity | Task automation, scheduling, workflow agents |
| Developer tools | Code assistants, debugging, development utilities |
| Business | Analytics, reporting, operations agents |
| Personal assistant | General-purpose conversational and planning agents |
| Creative | Writing, design, brainstorming, content generation |
| Finance | Financial analysis, budgeting, DeFi |
| Health | Wellness, medical reference, fitness |
| Travel | Trip planning, booking, travel information |
