OPD Registration Desk
Location: Ground Floor, Main Building
Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Sunday) Process:

1. Visit the OPD registration desk
2. Fill out patient registration form
3. Choose department and doctor (subject to availability)
4. Receive token number
5. Wait in designated area until called

Average Wait Time:

• Morning slots (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM): 20-30 minutes
• Afternoon slots (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM): 30-45 minutes
• Evening slots (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM): 15-25 minutes

Appointment Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Online Appointments:

• Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before appointment time
• Log in to your account on website or mobile app
• Select “Manage Appointments” and follow prompts
• Full refund processed within 5-7 business days (if payment made)

Phone Appointments:

• Call the appointment desk at least 4 hours in advance
• Cancellation reference number will be provided
• Rescheduling offered based on doctor availability

Late Cancellation Fee:

• Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment: ₹200 fee
• No-shows without cancellation: ₹500 fee
• Fee waived for emergencies with valid proof

Wait Time Policy

We value your time and strive to minimize waiting:

• On-Time Appointments: 90% of patients seen within 15 minutes of scheduled time
• Delays: If doctor is running more than 30 minutes late, we’ll notify you via SMS
• Options: You can choose to wait, reschedule, or see another available doctor

Track Your Wait:

• Check real-time queue status on hospital TVs
• Receive SMS when your turn approaches
• Download our mobile app for live updates

Emergency Override

Scheduled appointments may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Emergency cases requiring immediate attention
• Complicated cases taking longer than expected
