Overview
The favorites system lets you save teams and players for quick access. Your favorites are stored locally in your browser and persist across sessions.Adding Favorites
You can favorite both teams and players throughout the app.Find the Star Icon
Look for the star icon next to team names and player profiles. An empty star means the item is not favorited.
Click to Favorite
Click the star icon to add the team or player to your favorites. The star will fill with color to indicate it’s been favorited.
Where to Add Favorites
- Team Pages - Click the star icon in the team header
- Player Pages - Click the star icon next to the player name (located in the header after section)
- Game Cards - Star icon appears on team logos within game cards
Viewing Your Favorites
All your favorites are accessible from the sidebar.Open Favorites Section
Click the Favorites accordion in the left sidebar. It displays a star icon and shows “Favorites” text on wider screens.
Browse Saved Items
Your favorites are displayed in a grid layout:
- Teams appear first with team logos
- Players appear below teams with player headshots
Removing Favorites

- They’re specific to each browser and device
- Clearing browser data will remove your favorites
No Favorites Yet?
If you see “No favorites” in the sidebar:- Browse to team or player pages
- Click the star icon to start building your favorites list
- The sidebar will automatically update to show your selections
