Access your profile to see your activity, statistics, and personal information.Profile Overview
Your profile displays:- Profile Avatar: Shows the first letter of your username in a circular badge
- Username: Your display name across CricTalk
- Email Address: The email associated with your account
- Join Date: When you created your CricTalk account
Profile Tabs
Your profile is organized into three tabs:- Posts
- Rooms
- Stats
View all posts you’ve created on CricTalk. Each post displays:
- Post content
- Number of likes, comments, and views
- Edit and delete options (for your own posts)
- Post creation time

Changing Your Username
Your username is how other users identify you on CricTalk.Username Requirements:
- Maximum length: 36 characters
- Cannot be empty or contain only whitespace
- Must be unique across CricTalk
Updating Your Email
Change the email address associated with your account.Enter password
For security, you’ll be prompted to enter your current password to confirm the email change.
Updating Profile Picture
Customize your profile avatar to stand out in the community.- Go to Account settings
- Tap the pencil icon on your profile picture
- Select a new image from your device
Currently, profile pictures show the first letter of your username. Full custom image support is being enhanced.

Control where you’re logged in across devices:Logout from Current Device
- Go to Login and Security
- Tap “Logout from this device”
- Confirm the action
- You’ll be redirected to the login screen
Logout from All Devices
- Go to Login and Security
- Tap “Logout from all devices”
- Confirm the action
- All your active sessions will be terminated
Data Download
Request a copy of all your CricTalk data:- Navigate to Login and Security
- Tap “Download Data”
- Follow the prompts to request your data
The data download feature is currently in development. When ready, it will include your posts, comments, room participation, and account information.

Accessing Your Posts
View all your contributions to the CricTalk community:- Navigate to your Profile
- Ensure the Posts tab is selected (default view)
- Scroll through your post history
Post Actions
For each of your posts, you can:- Edit: Tap the pencil icon to modify the post content
- Delete: Tap the trash icon to remove the post permanently
- View Details: Tap the post to see full details, including all comments
Viewing Room Participation
Track your cricket match room activity:- Go to your Profile
- Select the Rooms tab
- Browse rooms you’ve created or participated in
Checking Your Statistics
Monitor your engagement metrics:- Open your Profile
- Tap the Stats tab
- View your total message count and other metrics
- Messages sent: Total messages across all rooms
- Formatted numbers: Easy-to-read format (e.g., 1,234 instead of 1234)
- Encouragement: Motivational messages based on your activity

Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner of your profile screen to return to the previous page, or use your device’s native back navigation.

No, your email address is private and only visible to you on your profile page. Other users can only see your username.

Your new username will be reflected across all your posts, comments, and room messages. Past content will display your updated username.

You can update your username, email, favorite team, and other settings as often as you’d like. There are no restrictions on how frequently you can make changes.
