Installation
Download from the App Store
Open the App Store on your iOS device and search for “AppFlowy” or visit the AppFlowy App Store page.
Sign in or create an account
Launch AppFlowy and sign in with your existing account or create a new one.iOS In-App Sign-In (v0.9.5+): Sign in directly within the iOS app using:
- Email and password
- Magic link
- One-Time Password (OTP)
- Apple Sign-In

AppFlowy offers three powerful widgets to access your content instantly from your iOS home screen:Recent Pages Widget
Quickly access your most recently viewed pages without opening the app.

Share to AppFlowy
iOS Share Extension (v0.9.9+) allows you to save content from Safari and other apps directly to AppFlowy:Select AppFlowy
Choose AppFlowy from the share sheet. You may need to scroll and tap More to find it.
Share to AppFlowy works with browser links, PDFs, and other content types supported by iOS sharing.

Tips & Best Practices
Troubleshooting
App won’t sync
- Check your internet connection
- Look for the network indicator in the app
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Sign out and sign back in
Share extension not appearing
- Open iOS Share sheet
- Scroll to the end and tap Edit Actions
- Enable AppFlowy
- Drag it to your preferred position
Widget not updating
- Remove the widget from your home screen
- Re-add the widget
- Ensure AppFlowy has background refresh enabled in iOS Settings
