Supported browsers

FkNeo works on all Chromium-based browsers. The extension is officially tested and supported on:

Google Chrome

Other Chromium browsers

FkNeo should work on any Chromium-based browser that supports Chrome extensions, including:
  • Vivaldi
  • Arc
  • Thorium
  • Ungoogled Chromium
  • Other Chromium derivatives
While these browsers should work, they are not officially tested. Use at your own discretion.

Unsupported browsers

The following browsers are NOT supported: Firefox - Uses a different extension API (WebExtensions)
Safari - Uses Safari extensions, incompatible with Chrome extensions
Internet Explorer - Deprecated and unsupported
Legacy Edge (EdgeHTML) - Use the new Chromium-based Edge instead

  • Most users are on Windows
  • All features fully functional
  • OS spoofing to Linux available via Shift + O

  • All features work on macOS
  • OS spoofing to Linux available via Shift + O
  • Tested on both Intel and Apple Silicon

Installation requirements

To use FkNeo on any supported platform, you need:

System requirements

Minimum requirements

  • RAM: 4 GB (8 GB recommended)
  • Disk space: 50 MB for extension files
  • Internet: Stable connection for platform access
  • Browser: Latest version of a Chromium-based browser
  • RAM: 8 GB or more
  • Processor: Dual-core 2.0 GHz or faster
  • Internet: 5 Mbps or faster
  • Browser: Chrome or Edge (latest stable version)
Higher-end systems provide better performance, especially when using screen recording bypass and multiple tabs.

Version expiration

Extension versions have limited lifespans. When a version expires, you’ll see an update notification and will need to download the latest version.
What happens when a version expires:
  • Extension stops functioning
  • Update notification appears
  • You must download and install the new version
  • Your license remains valid across versions
How to update:
  1. Uninstall the old version from chrome://extensions
  2. Download the latest version from GitHub
  3. Install the new version using the same process
  4. Activate with your existing license key

Compatibility notes

No, FkNeo is a browser extension designed for desktop browsers only. Mobile browsers (Chrome for Android, Safari for iOS) do not support Chrome extensions.
Yes, FkNeo should work on Chromebooks running Chrome OS, as they use the Chrome browser. However, this has not been extensively tested.You’ll need to:
  • Enable Developer mode in Chrome
  • Load the unpacked extension
  • Have a valid license
Yes, FkNeo works alongside VPNs. However, the IP spoofing feature (Shift + P) may conflict with or override your VPN’s IP address masking.Best practice: Use either VPN or FkNeo IP spoofing, not both simultaneously.
Generally yes, but some extensions may interfere:Compatible:
  • Password managers
  • Ad blockers
  • Privacy extensions (most)
May conflict:
  • Other exam/proctoring bypass tools
  • Extensions that modify browser APIs
  • DevTools-related extensions
Recommendation: Disable other extensions during tests to avoid conflicts.
