Manage your project team by adding members with customizable colors, roles, and specialties. Each team member gets a unique visual identity that makes task assignment and tracking intuitive.

Adding a New Team Member

Open Team Management

Click the team management button in the main interface to access the team member panel.

Add Member Information

Enter the team member’s name and basic information in the team panel.

Assign a Unique Color

Select a distinctive color for the team member. This color will be used throughout the Gantt chart to visually identify all tasks assigned to them, making it easy to see workload distribution at a glance.

Define Role and Specialty

Set the member’s role (e.g., Developer, Designer, Project Manager) and any specific specialties. This helps with appropriate task assignment and resource planning.

Save the Member

Confirm to add the team member to your project. They will immediately appear in the team roster and be available for task assignment.

Visual Team Organization

Each team member is represented by their unique color throughout the interface:
  • Color-coded tasks: All tasks assigned to a member display in their designated color
  • Quick identification: Instantly recognize who is working on what
  • Workload visualization: See at a glance if team members are over or under-allocated

Editing Member Information

You can update team member information at any time:

Select the Member

Click on the team member you want to edit in the team panel.

Modify Details

Update their name, color, role, or specialty as needed. Changes apply instantly throughout the project.

Save Changes

Confirm your edits to update the team member’s profile.

Removing Team Members

When a team member leaves the project:

Access Team Panel

Open the team management interface.

Select Member to Remove

Click on the team member you want to remove from the project.

Delete Member

Use the delete or remove option to take them off the team roster.

Reassign Tasks

Any tasks previously assigned to the removed member will need to be reassigned to other team members or left unassigned.
All team member data is stored locally in your browser. Your team information remains private and is not transmitted to any external servers.

Best Practices

  • Choose distinct colors: Select colors that are easily distinguishable from each other to avoid confusion
  • Use clear role names: Standardize role names across your organization for consistency
  • Update specialties: Keep specialty information current to ensure accurate task matching
  • Regular roster review: Periodically review your team roster to ensure it reflects your current project team
