Stock Status Indicators
StockPro uses color-coded badges to indicate inventory health:En Stock
Product has sufficient inventory above minimum threshold. Displayed with green badge.
Stock Bajo
Product quantity is below minimum level but not zero. Orange badge alerts you to reorder.
Sin Stock
Product is completely out of stock. Red badge indicates urgent restocking needed.

Product Actions

Delete Product
Click the 🗑️ button to permanently remove a product from inventory.Deleting a product is permanent. Ensure the product has no pending transactions before deletion.
Adding New Products
The inventory page provides two ways to add products:- Header button: ”+ Agregar Producto” in the top-right corner
- Search bar button: ”+ Agregar Producto” next to filters
Pagination
For large inventories, the system displays products in pages:- Navigate between pages using numbered buttons
- Current page highlighted in primary color
- Shows range of displayed items

Stock Tracking
Current Stock: Real-time quantity- Updates automatically after sales

- Prevents stockouts
- Customizable per product
Pro Tip: Set minimum stock levels based on your typical sales velocity and supplier lead times. A product that sells 10 units per day with a 5-day reorder time should have a minimum of at least 50 units.
Inventory Health Monitoring
The system continuously monitors inventory levels and:- Displays low stock warnings on the dashboard
- Color-codes problematic items in the inventory table
- Tracks stock movements in the activity feed
- Alerts when products reach zero inventory
Automatic Alerts
When products drop below minimum levels:- Dashboard shows alert count
- Product row displays orange/red badges
- Stock quantity appears in red text
- Activity feed logs the event
