Troubleshooting

If keyboard shortcuts are not responding:
  1. Check if the extension is active - Make sure FkNeo is properly installed and enabled
  2. Backend dependency - FkNeo relies on the test backend. If the teacher has not uploaded solutions, shortcuts like Alt + M and Alt + Ctrl + B won’t work
  3. Extension not disabled - Verify that you haven’t disabled the extension using Alt + D
  4. Reload the page - Try refreshing the exam page
  5. Reinstall if needed - Uninstall and reinstall the extension if problems persist
