Production equipment
All large-format work is produced on HP latex plotters, which use water-based latex inks. These inks are safe for indoor environments, produce vivid colors, and are resistant to scratching and UV exposure. For rigid substrates, we use the HP R1000, which prints directly onto boards up to 2.5m wide. Cutting and finishing is handled on a Kongsberg digital cutting table, which enables precise die-cutting, kiss-cutting, and routing of complex shapes without manual error.HP latex inks are water-based and do not emit harmful VOCs, making them safe for installation in hospitals, schools, and enclosed spaces.

File requirements for large format
Large-format files have different resolution requirements than small-format print. Because viewing distances are greater, effective resolution can be lower:| Viewing distance | Recommended resolution |
|---|---|
| < 1 m (close inspection) | 150–200 ppi at print size |
| 1–3 m (typical trade show) | 100–150 ppi at print size |
| > 3 m (outdoor / building) | 72–100 ppi at print size |
- Color mode: CMYK
- Format: PDF or high-resolution TIFF/JPEG
- Bleed: 10–30mm depending on finishing (confirm with our team)
- Fonts: Convert to outlines before export
- Images: Embed all linked images in the final file
