Digital printing covers the broad range of printed communication materials used in marketing, sales, and corporate settings — from a business card to a full product catalog. Reprodisseny has been a pioneer in digital printing since 1993, when we installed the first digital black-and-white press in the studio. Today, our digital presses handle both short runs and high-volume production with consistent color quality across every sheet.

Typical products

  • Brochures and dípticos: Folded multi-page formats for product or service communication
  • Flyers and leaflets: Single-sheet promotional pieces in any standard size
  • Business cards: Standard or custom die-cut, with finishing options
  • Postcards and direct mail: Print-ready or with variable data for personalized campaigns
  • Posters: A0–A3 and custom sizes, suitable for framing or temporary display
  • Folders and dossiers: Presentation folders with business card slits
  • Event programs and menus: Short-run formatted documents for events
  • Corporate stationery: Letterheads, compliment slips, envelopes

Production equipment

Reprodisseny works with the leading digital press manufacturers:
  • Xerox iGen 5 and iGen 150: High-volume production presses with exceptional color rendering and substrate flexibility. These presses support heavy coated stocks, textured papers, and clear toner effects.
  • Ricoh and Canon digital presses: For versatile short and medium-run production across standard paper weights and finishes.
All production passes through individual color control and pre-press validation before printing.

Variable data printing

We support variable data printing (VDP) — the ability to personalize each printed piece with unique text, names, codes, addresses, or images. This is used for:
  • Personalized direct mail campaigns
  • Event badges and tickets
  • Loyalty cards with unique barcodes or QR codes
  • Customized product documentation
Variable data files must include a structured data source (CSV or Excel) mapped to the template fields. Contact our team to discuss the setup before preparing your files.
