Every project at Reprodisseny follows a clear process from initial inquiry to delivered product. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.

The production process

1

Browse the catalog and find your product

Start by identifying the product or service that fits your project. Use the Services tab to explore product categories — large format, displays, vinyls, digital printing, packaging, and publications. If you’re not sure which product or material is right, describe your need in the quote form and we’ll advise.
2

Submit a quote request

Fill out the online quote form with your project details: product type, dimensions, quantity, material preferences, finishing, and deadline. You can also email us directly or call the Juan de Mena production center. The more detail you provide, the more precise the quote will be.
3

File review and pre-press check

Once the project is confirmed, submit your print-ready files. Our pre-press team reviews every file before production — checking color mode (CMYK), resolution, bleed, font embedding, and dieline accuracy. If corrections are needed, we notify you before any production begins.
4

Quote approval and payment

You receive a detailed quote confirming specs, materials, quantity, unit cost, and lead time. Production begins only after written approval and payment confirmation, according to the agreed terms.
5

Production

Your project enters the production queue at our Juan de Mena facility. Printing, cutting, finishing, and binding are all performed on-site. We carry out individual color control on all digital press runs.
6

Delivery or pickup

Finished work is available for collection at our Juan de Mena production center, located near the Vall d’Hebron hospital and the Ronda de Dalt in Barcelona. Delivery by courier or dedicated transport is also available for any destination in Spain.

Turnaround times

Lead times depend on the product, quantity, and current production load. As a general reference:
Product typeTypical lead time
Digital printing (flyers, brochures)2–4 business days
Large-format banners and roll-ups2–3 business days
Vinyls (cut or printed)2–4 business days
PLV displays and custom structures5–10 business days
Packaging (with dieline)5–10 business days
Books and publications5–10 business days
These are approximate timelines from the point of file approval, not from the initial quote request. Rush production is available for some products — ask at the time of quoting.

Frequently asked questions

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting and vary by client and project size. First-time clients typically pay in full before production. Established accounts may have agreed credit terms. We accept bank transfer and standard business payment methods.
Yes. For color-critical projects (packaging, brand materials, large editions), we offer digital PDF proofs and, on request, physical contract proofs. Proof costs and lead times are included in the project quote when applicable.
If our pre-press team identifies issues — wrong color mode, missing bleed, low-resolution images, unembedded fonts — we contact you before touching the production queue. We describe the specific issue and the correction required. Simple corrections are often resolved same-day; complex remounting may affect the lead time.
Yes. Collection is available at our Juan de Mena production center in Barcelona (near Vall d’Hebron, accessible from the Ronda de Dalt). Coordinate a collection time with our team — orders are typically ready in the morning of the confirmed delivery day.
Yes, we deliver across Spain. Shipping costs and carrier selection depend on the order weight, dimensions, and urgency. Delivery costs are quoted alongside the print order.
