Each organization in WeGotWork has its own branded career page that serves as your public hiring portal. Candidates can discover open positions, filter by criteria, and apply directly through these pages.

Accessing your career page

Your career page is automatically available at:
yourdomain.com/view-organization/{organization-slug}
For example, if your organization slug is acme-corp, candidates can visit:
  • yourdomain.com/view-organization/acme-corp
Share this URL on your website, social media, or job boards to drive applications.

Career page components

Organization header

The career page displays your organization’s branding:
  • Logo: Your uploaded organization logo
  • Name: Organization display name
  • Description: Company description and culture
  • Website: Link to your company website
This information is pulled from your organization settings and updates automatically.

Job listings

All published jobs appear on your career page, organized by:
  • Job categories: Group related positions (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
  • Job type: Full-time, part-time, contract, or internship
  • Location: City and country, or remote
  • Location mode: Onsite, remote, or hybrid
Candidates can filter jobs by:
  • Location: Filter by city or view all remote positions
  • Job type: Show only full-time, part-time, contracts, or internships
  • Category: Browse positions by department or function
Filters help candidates quickly find relevant opportunities.

Customizing your career page

You can customize the appearance and content through organization settings:

Branding

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Upload a high-quality logo
  3. Add a compelling description
  4. Include your website URL
  5. Click Save Changes
Use a square logo (1:1 aspect ratio) for best results. The logo appears as a 128px avatar on your career page.

Organizing jobs with categories

Create job categories to group related positions:
  1. Navigate to Categories
  2. Click Create Category
  3. Enter a category name (e.g., “Engineering”, “Sales”)
  4. Assign jobs to categories when creating or editing them
Categories help candidates navigate large job listings and find relevant roles.

Job detail pages

Each job has its own detail page at:
yourdomain.com/view-organization/{slug}/{job-id}
The job detail page includes:
  • Full job description with rich text formatting
  • Job metadata (type, location, salary range)
  • Experience level requirements
  • Custom application questions
  • Application form

Application process

When candidates apply through your career page:
  1. They fill out the application form with:
    • Name and email (required)
    • Resume upload (required)
    • Answers to custom questions
  2. The application is submitted with status SUBMITTED
  3. You receive the application in your applicant tracking system
  4. The resume is securely stored and accessible to your team
Applications are immediately visible in your WeGotWork dashboard under Applicants.

Publishing jobs

Only jobs with status PUBLISHED appear on your career page:
  • DRAFT: Not visible to candidates
  • PUBLISHED: Visible and accepting applications
  • ARCHIVED: Not visible but retained for records
  • CLOSED: Not visible and no longer accepting applications
Change job status in the job editor to control visibility.

Mobile-responsive design

Career pages are fully responsive and optimized for:
  • Desktop browsers
  • Tablets
  • Mobile devices
Candidates can browse and apply from any device.

SEO and discoverability

Each career page includes:
  • Dynamic meta titles with organization name
  • Descriptive page titles for each job
  • Clean, crawlable URLs
This helps search engines index your job openings and improves organic discovery.
