Managing your subscription

Accessing billing settings

Navigate to billing

From your organization dashboard, click Billing in the sidebar

View current plan

Your current plan and usage will be displayed at the top of the page
Only organization owners can access billing settings. Members will see an “Unauthorized” message.

Upgrading to Teams

To upgrade from the Free plan to Teams:

Go to billing

Navigate to the billing page from your dashboard

Select Teams plan

Click the upgrade button for the Teams plan

Complete payment

Enter your payment information and confirm the subscription
Your upgraded features will be available immediately after payment confirmation.

Viewing pricing

You can view current pricing at any time:
  1. Visit the public pricing page at /pricing
  2. Compare plan features side-by-side
  3. Sign up or upgrade directly from the pricing page
Pricing is billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.

Usage limits

Free plan limits

When you reach the limits on the Free plan:
  • Jobs: After posting 3 jobs, you’ll need to delete an existing job or upgrade to post more
  • Applicants: After receiving 25 total applicants, new applications will be blocked until you upgrade
  • CV uploads: Applicants cannot upload resumes on the Free plan
Monitor your usage in the billing dashboard to avoid hitting limits during active hiring campaigns.

Teams plan limits

The Teams plan has generous limits:
  • Organizations: Up to 5 separate organizations
  • Jobs: No limit
  • Applicants: No limit
  • CV uploads: Enabled for all applicants
If you need more than 5 organizations, contact support for custom enterprise pricing.

Billing access control

Billing features are restricted based on your role: Organization owners can:
  • View billing details
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Update payment methods
  • Cancel subscriptions
  • View invoices
Organization members cannot:
  • Access billing settings
  • Make subscription changes
  • View payment information
To change billing settings, you must be an organization owner. Ask an existing owner to update your role if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you hit the job limit (3 jobs), you won’t be able to post new jobs until you delete existing ones or upgrade. If you hit the applicant limit (25 total), new applications will be blocked until you upgrade to Teams.
Yes! The Teams plan allows you to manage up to 5 separate organizations from a single account and subscription.
