This guide covers how to manage applications, review applicant information, and move candidates through your hiring process.
1

Access applicants

Navigate to the Applicants section from your dashboard sidebar. This shows all applications across all your job postings.
You can also view applicants for a specific job by clicking on the job first, then viewing its applicants.
2

Filter by job

To view applicants for a specific job:
  1. Click Applicants in the sidebar
  2. Select the job you want to review
  3. All applications for that job will be displayed
Each applicant card shows:
  • Applicant name
  • When they applied (e.g., “applied 2 days ago”)
  • Their motivation/cover letter
  • Email address
3

Review applicant details

To view complete applicant information:
  1. Click View Details on any applicant card
  2. This opens the applicant detail page showing:
    • Full name
    • Contact information
    • Application date
    • Resume/CV (if uploaded)
Click the CV button to download or view the applicant’s resume.
4

Contact applicants

You can easily contact applicants directly:
  • Click on the email address shown on the applicant card
  • This opens your default email client with the applicant’s email pre-filled
  • Send your message to schedule interviews or request more information
5

Download resumes

To access an applicant’s resume:
  1. Open the applicant detail page by clicking View Details
  2. Click the CV button to download their resume
  3. The resume opens in a new tab or downloads to your device
6

Track application timeline

Each application displays when it was submitted relative to the current time:
  • “applied 3 hours ago”
  • “applied 2 days ago”
  • “applied 1 week ago”
This helps you prioritize recent applications and maintain timely responses.

Moving applicants through stages

If you’re using pipelines with custom stages, you can move applicants through your hiring workflow:
  1. Access your pipeline board from the job or pipeline view
  2. Drag and drop applicant cards between stages
  3. Track progress as candidates move from Applied → Interview → Offer
Learn more about creating custom pipelines in the Setting up pipelines guide.

Application organization tips

Applications are automatically sorted by submission date, with the oldest applications appearing first. This ensures you review applications in the order they were received.
Use job-specific applicant views to focus on candidates for particular roles. This is especially helpful when managing multiple open positions.
Set up a regular schedule to review new applications (e.g., daily or every few days) to maintain candidate engagement and show responsiveness.
