Your career page is where candidates discover and apply to your job openings. This guide shows you how to customize it to match your brand.
1

Access organization settings

Navigate to Settings from your dashboard sidebar. This opens your organization settings where you can customize your career page.
2

Update organization name

In the Organization section:
  1. Find the Name field
  2. Enter your organization’s name
  3. This name appears in your career page header and browser title
Your organization name is prominently displayed at the top of your career page, so make sure it’s exactly how you want candidates to see it.
3

Set your organization slug

The Slug field determines your career page URL:
https://wegotwork.co/view/[your-slug]
Requirements:
  • Must be unique across all WeGotWork organizations
  • Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
  • Keep it short and memorable
Examples:
  • acme-corp
  • techstartup
  • designstudio
If you change your slug after sharing your career page URL, you’ll need to update any links you’ve distributed.
4

Add organization description

Write a compelling description in the Description field:
  • Explain what your organization does
  • Highlight your mission and values
  • Describe your culture and work environment
  • Keep it concise but engaging
This description helps candidates understand your organization before they apply.
A strong description can increase application quality by attracting candidates who align with your values.
5

Add your website

Enter your organization’s website URL in the Website field:
  • Include the full URL (e.g., https://example.com)
  • This may be displayed on your career page
  • Candidates can visit your main site to learn more
Linking to your main website provides additional credibility and information for potential applicants.
