Activities in Twenty provide a complete history of all interactions with your contacts and companies. The timeline shows emails, calls, meetings, notes, and tasks in chronological order.

Best practices

Take a moment after calls or meetings to add notes while details are fresh.
Assign tasks to ensure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.
Use @mentions in notes and comments to loop in colleagues who need to know.
Always add due dates to tasks so they appear in your task list.
Check the timeline before customer calls to refresh your memory on past interactions.
