Available plans

Twenty offers two paid plans:

Pro Plan

Perfect for growing teams that need advanced features and increased limits.

Self-hosted Twenty deployments can be used without a paid plan, but certain enterprise features require a license.

Accessing billing settings

To manage your billing:

Open settings

Click on your workspace name in the bottom left, then select Settings.

Navigate to billing

In the settings sidebar, click on Billing.

View your plan

Your current plan and usage information are displayed at the top of the page.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

Go to billing settings

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Choose your plan

Click Upgrade on the plan you want to switch to.

Enter payment information

Provide your billing details and payment method.

Confirm upgrade

Review the changes and confirm your upgrade. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
When you upgrade, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time in your billing period.

Usage monitoring

Twenty tracks usage of various features to help you understand your consumption:
  • Workflow executions: Number of workflow runs per month
  • API requests: GraphQL and REST API call volume
  • Storage: Total file storage used
  • Records: Number of records across all objects
View your current usage in the Billing settings page.

Payment methods

Twenty accepts the following payment methods:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH transfers (for annual Enterprise plans)
Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.

Billing cycle

  • Monthly plans: Billed on the same day each month
  • Annual plans: Billed once per year with a discount
You can change your billing cycle at any time from the billing settings.

Invoices

All invoices are automatically generated and sent to your billing email address. You can also download invoices from the Billing settings page. To access invoice history:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Scroll to the Invoice history section
  3. Click on any invoice to download the PDF

Cancellation

You can cancel your Twenty subscription at any time:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm your cancellation
When you cancel, your workspace will continue to function until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be downgraded or archived.
Your data remains accessible even after cancellation. You can export all data before the end of your billing period.

Self-hosted billing

For self-hosted deployments:
  • Community edition: Free forever with core features
  • Enterprise license: Required for enterprise features like SSO, advanced security, and dedicated support
