Navigation Menu
The sidebar shows all available objects in your workspace:- Standard objects - Companies, People, Opportunities (built-in)
- Custom objects - Objects you’ve created for your business
- Views - Saved views appear under each object
Favorites
Pin important views and records for quick access:- Navigate to any view or record
- Click the star icon in the header
- Access from the Favorites section in the sidebar
Search
The global search helps you find records quickly across all objects.Using Search

Command Menu
The command menu provides quick access to actions and navigation.Opening the Command Menu
PressCmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) - the same shortcut as search. The menu adapts to your current context.

Reorder Navigation Items
- Go to Settings → Objects
- Drag objects to reorder them
- Changes reflect immediately in the sidebar
Hide Unused Objects
- Go to Settings → Objects
- Click on an object
- Toggle Show in navigation to hide it
Mobile Navigation
On mobile devices:- Tap the menu icon (☰) to open the sidebar
- Swipe right to access navigation
- Pull down to refresh data
- Tap and hold for quick actions
