The Economic Data section captures your complete financial picture. This includes monthly income and expenses, bank accounts, credit accounts, real estate and personal property, and any additional sources of income.Accessing Economic Data Form
From your evaluation dashboard, click on Economic Data (Datos Económicos). You’ll be directed to:Section Structure
The Economic Data section has multiple parts:- Main Financial Summary - Income and expenses overview
- Bank Accounts - Savings and checking accounts
- Credit/Loans - Debts and liabilities
- Real Estate - Properties you own
- Personal Property - Vehicles and other valuable assets
- Additional Income - Extra income sources
You must complete the Main Financial Summary first before adding bank accounts, credits, or properties.
Before You Begin

Deleting Individual Items
Each section (banks, credits, properties, etc.) has delete buttons:- Delete Bank Account: “Cuenta borrada”
- Delete Credit: “Credito borrado”
- Delete Property: “Inmueble borrado”
- Delete Asset: “Mueble borrado”
- Delete Income Source: “Ingreso extra borrado”
Deleting All Economic Data
From the evaluation dashboard:- Delete the entire Economic Data section
- Confirm
- Success message: “Datos economicos eliminados”
- This removes: financial summary, all bank accounts, all credits, all properties, all assets, all income sources

- Spouse’s income should be included if you’re married

- Don’t forget irregular expenses (car repairs, medical, etc.)
- Be consistent with how you categorize

- Side gigs and freelance work count
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Underreporting expenses - This makes your finances look unrealistic
- Forgetting accounts - List all bank accounts, even empty ones
- Hiding debts - They will be found in credit checks
- Overvaluing assets - Be realistic about what things are worth
- Not explaining deficits - If expenses > income, explain how you’re managing
Connection to Documents
You’ll need to upload financial documents in the Document Requirements section:- Permanencia: Comprobante de Ingresos (required)
- Nuevo Ingreso: Comprobante de Ingresos (sometimes required)
- Optional: Bank statements, proof of property ownership, etc.
Section Completion
The Economic Data section is complete when:- Main financial summary is saved (income and expenses)
- All bank accounts are listed
- All debts/loans are listed
- Properties are listed (if you own any)
- Vehicles are listed (if you own any)
- Additional income sources are listed (if applicable)
You must have at least the main financial summary. Bank accounts, credits, properties, and assets should be added if you have them. It’s okay to have zero assets or debts, but the main form must be complete.
What Happens Next
After completing Economic Data:- Your evaluation progress increases to approximately 83.33% (5 of 6 sections)
- Return to your evaluation dashboard
- Economic Data shows as complete ✓
