The affiliate program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers and sharing products. This guide covers joining the program, generating referrals, and earning commissions.
The affiliate system must be activated by the platform administrator. Check if the program is available on your platform.

Joining the Affiliate Program

Eligibility

To join the affiliate program:
  • Must have an active customer account
  • Complete the affiliate verification form
  • Submit required documentation
  • Wait for admin approval

If not logged in:
  • Create a customer account first
  • Or login to existing account

Complete Verification Form

Fill out required information based on platform requirements:
  • Text Fields: Business information, address, contact details
  • Select Fields: Business type, marketing methods
  • Multi-select: Social media platforms you’ll use
  • File Uploads: ID verification, business documents

Submit Application

Click “Submit Application”

Await Approval

  • Admin receives notification of your application
  • You receive notification when approved/rejected
  • Approval typically takes 1-3 business days
If you already have a customer account, the affiliate application links to your existing account. If registering fresh, you’ll create login credentials during the application.

Understanding Commission Types

The platform may offer different affiliate commission structures:

1. User Registration First Purchase

Earn commission when someone you refer makes their first purchase. How it works:
  • Share your unique referral link
  • New user registers using your link
  • User makes their first purchase
  • You earn a percentage of that order total
Commission calculation: 
Commission = (Percentage × Order Total) / 100
This commission type rewards you for bringing new customers to the platform. Focus on reaching potential new users.

2. Product Sharing

Earn commission when someone purchases a product you shared. How it works:
  • Generate a product-specific referral link
  • Share the link (social media, blog, email, etc.)
  • Customer clicks your link and purchases
  • You earn commission on that product sale
Commission types:
  • Fixed Amount: Earn a set amount per sale
  • Percentage: Earn percentage of product price
Only one product sharing method is active at a time (either product sharing or category-wise affiliate).

3. Category-Wise Affiliate

Earn different commission rates based on product category. How it works:
  • Different categories have different commission rates
  • Share products from high-commission categories
  • Earn based on category-specific rates
Commission structure:
  • Each category has its own rate
  • Can be fixed amount or percentage
  • Automatically calculated based on product category

Your dashboard displays:
  • Total Clicks: Number of times your links were clicked
  • Total Orders: Orders generated through your links
  • Delivered Orders: Successfully completed orders
  • Cancelled Orders: Orders that were cancelled
  • Total Earnings: Commission earned
  • Available Balance: Amount ready for withdrawal
  • Pending Balance: Commission from pending orders

View statistics for:
  • Today: Today’s performance
  • Last 7 Days: Weekly stats
  • Last 30 Days: Monthly overview
  • All Time: Total performance

  • Automatically generated upon approval

  • Referral Type: Registration or product sharing
  • Customer/Order: Who purchased or registered
  • Product: If product sharing
  • Order Amount: Total order value
  • Commission Earned: Your earnings
  • Date: When commission was earned
  • Status: Pending, confirmed, delivered, cancelled

Number of Clicks → Number of Orders → Number Delivered → Earnings

Earning Commissions

When Commissions Are Credited

Commissions are added to your balance when:
  1. Order is Placed: Tracked in system
  2. Payment is Confirmed: Order marked as “Paid”
  3. Commission Calculated: Automatic calculation
  4. Balance Updated: Added to your affiliate balance

Commission Validation

If validation time is configured:
  • Commissions may have a holding period
  • Ensures orders aren’t cancelled or returned
  • Balance becomes available after validation time
  • Protects against fraudulent referrals
