Introduction

The SIGEAC dashboard is your central hub for aviation management operations. The platform provides role-based dashboards that display relevant information and quick actions based on your user permissions.

Dashboard Types

SIGEAC features multiple specialized dashboards tailored to different user roles:
Available for: JEFE_ALMACEN, ANALISTA_ALMACENFeatures:
  • Inventory statistics and alerts
  • Tools calibration tracking
  • Articles out of stock notifications
  • User activity monitoring
  • Dispatch and incoming counts
Available for: JEFE_SMS, ANALISTA_SMSFeatures:
  • Safety report statistics
  • Danger identification tracking
  • Risk management overview
  • Training and compliance status
Available for: ANALISTA_ADMINISTRACION, RRHH_ADMINISTRACION, JEFE_ADMINISTRACION, CONTADOR_ADMINISTRACIONFeatures:

Accessing the Dashboard

Login to SIGEAC

Navigate to the login page and enter your credentials. The system will authenticate your user account and load your assigned roles.

Select Company Context

If you have access to multiple companies, select the appropriate company from the company selector in the navigation bar.

View Your Dashboard

The system automatically displays the appropriate dashboard based on your highest-priority role:
  • SuperUser takes precedence over all other roles
  • Warehouse roles activate the warehouse dashboard
  • SMS roles activate the safety management dashboard
  • Administration roles activate the financial dashboard

Dashboard Components

Header Section

The dashboard header displays:
  • Company Logo - Visual identifier for the current company context
  • System Title - “Sistema de Gestión Aeronáutica Civil”
  • Security Badge - Indicates secure connection status
  • User Menu - Access to account settings and logout
Role-specific dashboards include multiple tabs for organizing information:
  • Dashboard - Overview metrics and quick stats
  • Artículos - Articles requiring attention (out of stock, expiring)
  • Herramientas - Tools calibration status and returns
  • Usuarios - User activity statistics (admin only)

Total number of articles currently in inventory

Dispatch Count

Number of pending dispatch requests

Tools Calibration

Tools requiring calibration or already expired

Restock Alerts

Articles below minimum quantity threshold
Dashboard metrics update in real-time as inventory operations are performed throughout the system.

Quick Actions

Each dashboard provides contextual quick actions based on your role:

Common Quick Actions

  • Create Requisition - Initiate a new purchase request
  • Register Aircraft - Add a new aircraft to the fleet
  • Create Work Order - Start a new maintenance order
  • View Reports - Access reporting modules
Use the search functionality in the navigation bar to quickly jump to any module without navigating through menus.

Switching Companies

If your user account has access to multiple companies:

Open Company Selector

Click on the company name in the top navigation bar to open the company selector dropdown.

Select Target Company

Choose the company you want to work with from the list. Each company displays:
  • Company name
  • Company slug/identifier
  • Available modules

Confirm Selection

The dashboard will reload with data specific to the selected company. All subsequent operations will be performed in the context of this company.
Changing companies will reset any unsaved work in the current session. Always save your changes before switching contexts.

Location/Station Selection

Some modules require selecting a specific location or station:
  • Main Base - Primary operational location
  • Remote Stations - Satellite locations or hangar facilities
  • All Locations - System-wide view (admin only)
The location selector appears in the navigation bar when working with location-specific modules like warehouse inventory or maintenance operations.

Default Dashboard

Users without specific role assignments see a default welcome dashboard that displays:
  • Welcome message and system branding
  • Information about pending access configuration
  • Contact information for system administrators
If you believe you should have access to specific modules but only see the default dashboard, contact your system administrator to verify your role assignments.

Troubleshooting

Possible causes:
  • No company selected
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Session expired
Solution: Refresh the page and ensure you’re logged in with a valid company selection.
Possible causes:
  • Insufficient permissions for certain data
  • No data available for the selected time period
  • Module not enabled for your company
Solution: Verify your role permissions and company module configuration.
Possible causes:
  • Dashboard selector not responding
  • Module not configured for company
Solution: Ensure the target module is enabled in the company settings under Sistema > Empresas.
