Understanding AI Styles

AI styles transform photos using different artistic effects, filters, and transformations. Each style creates a unique look, from professional portraits to fantasy art.

Styles vs. Style Packs

Style Packs (Subcategories)

Styles are organized into packs based on theme:
Pack NameDescriptionBest For
ProfesionalBusiness portraits, LinkedIn-style, corporateCorporate events, conferences, headshots
ArtísticoCreative, artistic, painterly effectsWeddings, creative events, art shows
VintageRetro, classic, nostalgic filtersThemed parties, vintage weddings
FantásticoFantasy, dramatic, cinematic stylesThemed events, entertainment
ClásicoTimeless, elegant, traditional portraitsFormal events, galas, elegant affairs

Individual Styles

Within each pack, there are multiple individual styles. For example: Profesional Pack might include:
  • Corporate Headshot
  • Studio Portrait
  • Natural Light
  • Executive Style
Artístico Pack might include:
  • Watercolor
  • Oil Painting
  • Sketch Art
  • Abstract
Specific style names and counts depend on your partner’s configuration and the platform’s available IDENTITIES.

Who Controls Styles?

Partner Level

Your Partner controls:
  • Which style packs are available to you
  • Default styles for all their events
  • Access to premium vs. standard styles

Event Organizer Level (You)

As an Event Organizer, you:
  • View which packs are enabled (read-only in dashboard)
  • Cannot add/remove packs yourself
  • Can request changes from your partner

When Creating Events

Your partner can:
  • Select specific packs per event
  • Override default pack selections
  • Customize style availability for your event

Viewing Your Enabled Styles

1

Access Your Dashboard

Sign in to your Event Organizer dashboard.
2

Find 'Estilos Habilitados'

Scroll to the “Estilos Habilitados” section (Zap icon).
3

View Style Grid

You’ll see:
  • Thumbnail preview of each style
  • Style name below thumbnail
  • Total count of enabled styles
If you see:
  • Grid of styles: These are your contracted styles
  • “No hay estilos específicos contratados”: You’re using partner’s default pack selection
Partner Defaults: If no specific styles are shown, your event uses your partner’s enabled style packs. This is common and perfectly fine—your guests will still have plenty of options.

Requesting Style Changes

Since you cannot modify styles yourself, communicate with your partner:

When to Request Changes

Add Styles:
  • Your event theme requires specific aesthetic (e.g., vintage wedding needs Vintage pack)
  • Guests expect more variety
  • Competitor offerings include styles you don’t have
Remove Styles:
  • Too many options confuse guests
  • Certain styles don’t fit your event (e.g., fantasy styles at corporate event)
  • Quality issues with specific styles

How to Request

1

Document Your Request

Note which packs you want added/removed and why:
  • Event type and audience
  • Specific packs needed
  • Examples of desired aesthetic
2

Contact Your Partner

Email or call your partner with:
  • Event name and date
  • Current style situation
  • Requested changes
  • Justification (optional but helpful)
3

Partner Updates Settings

Your partner:
  • Updates style packs in their dashboard
  • Saves changes
  • Notifies you when complete
4

Verify Changes

  • Refresh your dashboard
  • Or test the event URL
  • Confirm new styles appear
Timing: Request style changes at least 48 hours before your event to allow time for testing and adjustments.

Troubleshooting

Checks:
  • Verify at least one pack is enabled (check dashboard)
  • Contact partner to confirm event has styles selected
  • Have guest refresh page
  • Test URL yourself on mobile
Solution:
  • Partner may need to edit event and select style packs
  • Ensure event was created with styles selected
Possible Causes:
  • Style is part of a disabled pack
  • Partner hasn’t enabled that style
  • Style was removed from platform (deprecated)
Solution:
  • Confirm style name with partner
  • Partner checks Branding > Estilos IA settings
  • May need to re-enable pack containing that style
Solution:
  • Request partner reduce to 2-3 packs
  • Focus on event-appropriate styles
  • Provide guidance to guests (signage suggesting top 3 styles)
Investigation:
  • Note which specific style produces poor results
  • Check if issue is consistent or photo-specific
  • Test with different source photos
Action:
  • Report to partner with examples
  • Partner can contact support to flag style issues
  • May disable problematic style temporarily
If using premium styles heavily:
  • Premium styles cost 2-3x standard styles
  • May deplete event credits faster
Solution:
  • Ask partner to add more credits
  • Or request to disable premium-only packs
  • Balance premium and standard options
