The Live Gallery is your real-time view of all photos being generated at your event. As guests create AI photos, they appear instantly in your dashboard.

From Your Event Organizer Dashboard

Sign In to Dashboard

Access your Event Organizer dashboard at the link provided by your partner.

Scroll to Gallery Section

Find the “Galería Live Feed” section (ImageIcon) in your dashboard.

View Photo Stream

Photos display in a horizontal scrollable grid:
  • Most recent photos on the left
  • Thumbnails with aspect ratio 4:5
  • Hover/tap for actions
At the top of the gallery section, you’ll see:
  • Total Photos: Count of all generated photos
  • Unique Users: Number of different guests (if tracked)
  • Top Style: Most popular AI style used
Auto-Refresh: The gallery updates automatically as new photos are generated. No need to refresh the page manually.

Photo Grid

Layout:
  • Horizontal scroll (left-right)
  • Rounded corners (24-32px radius)
  • Border on hover (white/accent color)
  • Smooth transitions and animations
Photo Cards Show:
  • Thumbnail preview
  • Timestamp (on hover)
  • Action buttons (on hover)
  • Generation style (if labeled)

Action Buttons

Hover over any photo to reveal:
Opens full-size photo
  • Click to view high-resolution version
  • Opens in new modal or tab
  • Allows detailed inspection

Monitoring During Events

Real-Time View

As your event progresses:

Keep Dashboard Open

Open your dashboard on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

Watch for New Photos

  • New photos appear on the left
  • Smooth animation as they load
  • Scroll left to see most recent

Quick Review

  • Glance at thumbnails periodically
  • Check for inappropriate content
  • Monitor overall quality

What to Monitor

Look for:
  • Photo quality and results
  • Guest engagement (are photos being generated?)
  • Popular styles (which are used most)
  • Any technical issues (failed generations)
🚩 Watch out for:
  • Inappropriate content (explicit, offensive)
  • Duplicate spam generations
  • Poor quality results (report to partner)
  • Signs of credit depletion (generations stop)

Downloading Photos

Download Individual Photos

Hover Over Photo

Move mouse over thumbnail (or tap on mobile).

Click Download Icon

Click the Download button in the overlay.

Save to Device

Photo downloads immediately as JPG file.
When to Download Individually:
  • Showcase photos for social media
  • Send specific photo to guest who requests it
  • Save particularly good results

Download All Photos (Bulk)

Click 'Descargar Todo'

In the gallery header, find and click “Descargar Todo” (Download All) button.

Wait for ZIP Generation

  • Progress indicator shows “Generando ZIP…”
  • Takes 5-30 seconds depending on photo count
  • Don’t close browser during process

ZIP Downloads Automatically

  • File downloads: fotos-[event-slug].zip or event-photos-[slug].zip
  • Extract ZIP to access all photos
  • Photos numbered: generacion-1.jpg, generacion-2.jpg, etc.
When to Download All:
  • End of event (backup)
  • Sharing full gallery with client/partner
  • Creating recap video or slideshow
  • Archival purposes
Large Events: For events with 100+ photos, ZIP generation can take 1-2 minutes. Be patient and don’t refresh.

Moderating Content

Deleting Inappropriate Photos

Check Your Permissions: Photo deletion may not be available depending on your partner’s configuration. If you don’t see delete buttons, contact your partner.
If deletion is enabled:

Identify Inappropriate Photo

Scan gallery for content that violates guidelines:
  • Explicit or adult content
  • Offensive gestures or symbols
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Copyright violations

Click Delete Button

Hover over photo and click Trash icon (usually red).

Confirm Deletion

  • Confirmation dialog appears: “¿Estás seguro de eliminar esta foto?”
  • Click “Confirmar”
  • Action is permanent and cannot be undone

Photo Removed

  • Photo disappears from gallery immediately
  • No longer accessible to guests
  • Cannot be recovered

Moderation Guidelines

Delete if photo contains:
  • ❌ Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • ❌ Hate speech or offensive symbols
  • ❌ Harassment of identifiable individuals
  • ❌ Illegal activity
  • ❌ Spam or test generations (if excessive)
Keep if photo:
  • ✅ Is slightly blurry but appropriate
  • ✅ Has unusual but not offensive style result
  • ✅ Duplicates (unless excessive spam)
  • ✅ Low quality but harmless
When in Doubt: If unsure whether to delete, contact your partner or keep the photo. Over-moderation can frustrate guests.

Bulk Moderation (Partner Feature)

Your partner may have access to advanced moderation:
  • Bulk select multiple photos
  • Delete in batches
  • Filter by date/user
  • Search functionality
If you need bulk actions, request your partner access their Moderation Section for your event. Some configurations allow public gallery access: If Enabled:
  • Gallery is accessible at: photobooth.metalabia.com/?event=[slug] or similar
  • Guests can view (and download) all event photos
  • No generation capability, view-only
Sharing:
  1. Ask your partner for the gallery URL
  2. Share link via email, social media, event website
  3. Guests can revisit after event to download photos
Privacy Consideration: Public gallery means all guests see everyone’s photos. Ensure this is appropriate for your event type.
If gallery is not public:
  • Only you (Event Organizer) can see photos via dashboard
  • Download all and share ZIP file with guests after event
  • Or share individual photos upon request

Live Projection/Slideshow

For added engagement, display the live gallery at your event:

Open Dashboard on Display Device

Use a laptop connected to projector or large TV screen.

Navigate to Gallery

Scroll to Galería Live Feed section.

Full-Screen Browser (Optional)

Press F11 to full-screen browser for cleaner display.

Auto-Scroll or Slideshow

  • If available, click slideshow mode button
  • Photos auto-advance every 5-10 seconds
  • Or manually scroll to show newest photos
Benefits:
  • Guests see their photos appear in real-time
  • Encourages more participation
  • Creates social buzz and excitement
  • Guests share photos of the projection
Technical Note: If your dashboard doesn’t have a built-in slideshow mode, you can manually refresh the gallery section periodically to show new photos.

Troubleshooting

Possible Causes:
  • Slow internet connection
  • High volume of photos (100+ loads slowly)
  • Image hosting issue
Solutions:
  • Switch to faster WiFi network
  • Try a different browser
  • Close other browser tabs
  • Contact partner if persistent
Checks:
  • Ensure sufficient device storage
  • Check browser’s download settings
  • Disable pop-up blockers
  • Try different browser
Workaround:
  • Download photos individually (slower but works)
  • Ask partner to download from their side and share
Cause: Partner has not enabled deletion for Event Organizers.Solution:
  • Contact partner to enable deletion permissions
  • Or request partner delete specific photos for you
  • Provide photo timestamp or description

Analytics & Insights

Total Photos:
  • Count of all successful generations
  • Includes all guests’ photos
  • Use to measure event engagement
Unique Users:
  • Number of different devices/sessions
  • May not be 100% accurate (incognito mode, etc.)
  • Gives rough estimate of reach
Top Style:
  • Most frequently selected AI style
  • Helps understand guest preferences
  • Inform future event style selections

Post-Event Analysis

Questions to Ask:
  • How many photos per guest on average? (Total Photos ÷ Guest Count)
  • Which styles were most popular?
  • What time had peak usage?
  • Any quality issues?
Use Insights For:
  • Future event planning
  • Credit allocation estimates
  • Style pack selection
  • Venue setup improvements

Best Practices

During Event

  • 💻 Keep dashboard open on dedicated device
  • 👀 Check gallery every 15-30 minutes
  • 👮‍♀️ Moderate quickly if inappropriate content appears
  • 🎉 Celebrate milestones (“100 photos!”) to encourage participation

After Event

  • 📥 Download full ZIP as soon as possible
  • 💾 Backup ZIP to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • 📧 Share gallery link or ZIP with guests within 24-48 hours
  • 📊 Review stats and gather feedback

Privacy & Respect

  • 🔒 Only share photos publicly if guests were informed
  • 📸 Respect deletion requests from guests
  • ⚠️ Moderate objectively (don’t delete just because you dislike result)
  • ✅ Keep downloaded photos secure
