Role Overview

As an Event Organizer (also called “Client” in the system), you have a dedicated dashboard to customize and manage your specific event(s) created by your partner. Your Access:
  • Event-specific dashboard (not full partner dashboard)
  • Customization controls for your event
  • Gallery view of generated photos
  • Credit usage monitoring
Your Partner Controls:
  • Credit allocation
  • Event creation and deletion
  • Style pack availability
  • Overall account settings

Accessing Your Dashboard

Your partner will provide access to your Event Organizer dashboard.

Initial Access

Receive Invitation Email

Your partner sends an invitation to your registered email address.Email contains:
  • Link to dashboard
  • Your login credentials
  • Event details

Sign In

Click the link in email and sign in with your email address.

Event Dashboard Loads

You’ll see your event’s dedicated dashboard with:
  • Event name in header
  • Partner branding (unless overridden by you)
  • Configuration sections
  • Photo gallery
No Account Yet? If you haven’t received an invitation, contact your partner to ensure your email is correct and the invitation was sent.

Dashboard Overview

Your Event Organizer Dashboard includes:

Header Section

  • Event Logo: Your or partner’s logo
  • Event Name: Your event title
  • “Panel de Anfitrión” Badge: Indicates Event Organizer view
  • Partner Attribution: “Provisto por [Partner Name]” (if partner branding)
  • Event Status: Green pulse “Evento Activo” indicator
  • Save Button: Prominent “Guardar Cambios” (Save Changes)

Configuring Event Settings

Event Name and Date

Find 'Configuración General'

Scroll to the first section labeled “Configuración General” with a Calendar icon.

Update Event Name

  • Click the “Nombre del Evento” input field
  • Enter your event name (e.g., “Boda de Lucas & Martina”)
  • This appears in header and gallery

Set Event Date

  • Click the date picker input
  • Custom calendar modal opens
  • Select date from calendar
  • Selected date shows in accent color

Set Event Time

  • Click the time picker input
  • Scrollable hour and minute columns appear
  • Select start time
  • Displays in 24-hour format
Date/Time Usage:
  • Displays in welcome screen countdown
  • Helps guests know event timing
  • Doesn’t restrict access (event is always active)

Welcome Screen Configuration

Toggle Welcome Screen

In the “Configuración General” section:
  • Find “Pantalla de Bienvenida” toggle
  • Click switch to enable/disable
  • Enabled: Shows welcome screen before start time
  • Disabled: Users go straight to camera

Customize Welcome Message

  • Find “Mensaje de Bienvenida” textarea
  • Enter custom greeting (e.g., “¡Bienvenidos a nuestra fiesta! Hazte una foto mágica…”)
  • Appears on welcome screen and camera interface
  • Keep under 200 characters for mobile display
Welcome Message Tips: Good Examples:
  • “¡Bienvenidos a nuestra boda! Creá tu foto con IA y llevá un recuerdo mágico.”
  • “Celebremos juntos. Tomá una selfie y transformála con nuestros estilos exclusivos.”
  • “¡Gracias por estar aquí! Capturá este momento con inteligencia artificial.”
Avoid:
  • Very long text (gets truncated on mobile)
  • Technical instructions (keep it simple and inviting)
  • Emoji overload (1-2 emojis are fine)

Customizing Branding

Override your partner’s logo with your own:

Navigate to 'Identidad Visual'

Find the section with a Palette icon.

Click Upload Box

  • Click the dashed border upload area
  • Or click existing logo to replace

Select Logo File

  • Choose PNG or JPG (PNG with transparency recommended)
  • Max 5MB file size
  • Square or horizontal orientation works best

Logo Uploads

  • File uploads to storage
  • Preview appears immediately
  • Hover shows Edit icon to change
Logo appears in:
  • Event kiosk header (top-left)
  • QR code designs (when partner generates QR)
  • Welcome screen
No Logo? If you don’t upload a custom logo, your partner’s logo is used automatically.

Set Accent Color

Choose your event’s primary color:

View Color Swatches

In “Identidad Visual”, find the “Color de Acento” grid.

Select Preset Color

  • Click any of the 5 preset color swatches:
    • Purple (#7f13ec) - Elegant
    • Pink (#ec4899) - Romantic
    • Blue (#3b82f6) - Professional
    • Green (#10b981) - Fresh
    • Orange (#f59e0b) - Energetic

Or Choose Custom Color

  • Click the Plus icon swatch
  • Hidden color picker activates
  • Select any color
  • Or enter HEX code directly

Preview Updates

  • Selected swatch shows white border and ring
  • Color applies to date picker, buttons, and accents
Color applies to:
  • Selected style card borders
  • Date/time picker highlights
  • Progress bars and loaders
  • Active button states
  • QR code accents

Viewing Enabled Styles

Your partner controls which AI styles are available for your event.

Estilos Habilitados Section

This section is read-only and shows:
  • Grid of style thumbnails
  • Style names below each thumbnail
  • Number of styles included in your package
If no specific styles:
  • Message shows “No hay estilos específicos contratados”
  • Event uses partner’s default style packs
To change available styles:
  • Contact your partner
  • Partner can enable/disable packs
  • Partner can upgrade your style package
Style Selection: When event guests use the kiosk, they choose from these enabled styles. You cannot add or remove styles yourself.
View and download all photos generated at your event. In your dashboard, scroll to “Galería Live Feed” section. Gallery Features:
  • Horizontal scrollable photo grid
  • Most recent photos appear first
  • Thumbnail previews (aspect ratio 4:5)
  • Hover shows action buttons
Stats Display:
  • Total Photos: Number of generations
  • Unique Users: Different guests who generated
  • Top Style: Most popular style used

Downloading Photos

Download Single Photo

Hover Over Photo

Move mouse over photo thumbnail (or tap on mobile).

Overlay Appears

Gradient overlay with timestamp and buttons.

Click Download Button

Click the Download icon button.Photo downloads to your device immediately.

Download All Photos

Click 'Descargar Todo'

In gallery header, click “Descargar Todo” (Download All).

ZIP Generation

  • Status shows “Generando ZIP…”
  • Wait while ZIP is created (5-30 seconds depending on photo count)
  • Don’t close browser

ZIP Downloads

  • File downloads automatically: fotos-[event-slug].zip
  • Extract ZIP to access all photos
  • Photos numbered sequentially: generacion-1.jpg, generacion-2.jpg, etc.
Large Events: For events with 100+ photos, ZIP generation may take 1-2 minutes. Be patient and don’t refresh the page.

Deleting Photos

Check Permissions: Photo deletion may be restricted depending on your partner’s settings. If you don’t see a delete button, contact your partner.
If deletion is enabled:

Hover Over Photo

Find the photo you want to delete.

Click Trash Icon

Trash2 icon appears in overlay (red button).

Confirm Deletion

  • Confirmation dialog appears
  • Click “Confirmar” to delete
  • Action is permanent

Photo Removed

Photo disappears from gallery immediately.
When to Delete:
  • Inappropriate content
  • Duplicate generations
  • Poor quality results
  • Guest requests removal

Monitoring Credit Usage

Track how many credits your event has consumed.

Credit Display

Not prominently displayed in Event Organizer view (partner manages this). If you need to check:
  • Contact your partner
  • Partner can view usage in their Events tab
  • Partner tops up if running low
Running Out? If guests report errors generating photos, you may be out of credits. Contact your partner to add more.

Saving Your Changes

After making any customizations:

Review Changes

Double-check event name, date, branding, and messages.

Click 'Guardar Cambios'

In the top-right corner, click the large purple “Guardar Cambios” (Save Changes) button.

Wait for Save

  • Button shows loading spinner
  • Text changes to “Guardando…”

Confirmation

  • Success toast: “¡Configuración guardada con éxito! ✨”
  • Changes apply immediately
  • Event kiosk updates for new users
Existing Users: Guests currently on the kiosk page will see updates when they refresh or reload the page.

Testing Your Event

Before sharing with guests, test the full experience:

Get Event URL

Ask your partner for the event URL: app.metalabia.com/?event=[your-event-slug]

Open on Mobile Device

Use your smartphone to access the URL (most guests will use mobile).

Check Branding

  • Logo appears correctly
  • Colors match your selection
  • Welcome message displays properly

Test Photo Generation

  • Select a style
  • Take a selfie
  • Generate photo
  • Verify result quality

Check Gallery

  • Return to your dashboard
  • Refresh gallery section
  • Confirm test photo appears

Troubleshooting

Solution:
  • Check email for invitation link
  • Ensure you’re using correct email address
  • Check spam folder for invitation
  • Contact partner to resend invitation
  • Verify event is associated with your email
Checks:
  • Ensure you clicked “Guardar Cambios” button
  • Wait for success toast confirmation
  • Check internet connection
  • Try refreshing page and re-entering changes
  • Contact partner if issue persists
Solution:
  • Check file size (max 5MB)
  • Use PNG or JPG format
  • Try a different image
  • Ensure stable internet connection
  • Try different browser (Chrome recommended)
Checks:
  • Verify event URL is correct
  • Ensure event start date hasn’t passed (if set)
  • Check with partner that event has credits
  • Confirm event is active (not paused)
  • Have partner verify event status

Best Practices

Before Event Launch

  • ✅ Customize all branding at least 24 hours before event
  • ✅ Test event URL on multiple devices
  • ✅ Save contact info for partner (in case of issues)
  • ✅ Download QR codes from partner (for printing)

During Event

  • 👀 Monitor gallery periodically
  • 📱 Keep phone accessible to check dashboard
  • 👮‍♀️ Delete inappropriate content promptly
  • 📸 Encourage guests to share their photos

After Event

  • 📥 Download all photos as backup
  • 📧 Share gallery link with guests (if enabled)
  • 📊 Review which styles were most popular
  • 📝 Provide feedback to partner
