Navigate to Gallery

Tap the Images icon in the top navigation bar to access your full gallery.

View Thumbnails

Your photos display in a grid layout:
  • Most recent photos appear first
  • Each thumbnail shows a preview
  • Hover/tap for quick action buttons

Layout Components

Header Section:
  • 📸 Gallery icon
  • Event name (if accessed via event)
  • Photo count display
  • Available credits counter
  • Action buttons (Download All, Back)
Photo Grid:
  • Grid Layout: 2-4 columns depending on screen size
  • Aspect Ratio: 4:5 portrait cards
  • Rounded Corners: 24-32px border radius
  • Hover Effects: Orange border and brightness increase on hover
Stats Display:
  • Total Photos: Number of generations in gallery
  • Credits Remaining: Available credit balance

Viewing Individual Photos

Select a Photo

Tap any photo thumbnail in the grid.

Full-Screen Preview

The photo opens in a full-screen modal with:
  • High-resolution preview
  • Timestamp (when it was generated)
  • Action buttons

Available Actions

While viewing a photo:
  • Ver (View): Opens full-size in new tab
  • Download icon: Saves to device
  • X icon: Closes and returns to gallery

Downloading Photos

Download Single Photo

Open Photo

Tap the photo thumbnail in your gallery.

Click Download

In the overlay, tap the Download icon button.

Save Location

Your browser will prompt you to choose a save location, or auto-download to your Downloads folder.
File Details:
  • Format: JPG
  • Quality: High (90%+)
  • Naming: generacion-[index].jpg

Download All Photos

To download your entire gallery as a ZIP file:

Access Gallery View

Navigate to your full gallery using the Images icon.

Click 'Descargar Todo'

Find the “Download All” button in the header section.

Wait for ZIP Generation

  • Status shows “Generando ZIP…” (Generating ZIP)
  • Processing time depends on photo count (2-10 seconds per 10 photos)
  • Don’t close the browser during generation

Save ZIP File

Once complete:
  • ZIP file downloads automatically
  • Filename: event-photos-[event-slug].zip or fotos-[event-slug].zip
  • Extract to view all photos
ZIP Contents: All photos are numbered sequentially (generacion-1.jpg, generacion-2.jpg, etc.) for easy organization.
If you’re accessing Cabina through an event, you may have access to the Live Event Gallery.

From Event Interface

When at an event, tap the “Gallery” or “Ver Galería” button.

View All Event Photos

See photos generated by all event guests, ordered by most recent.

Download Your Favorites

Tap any photo to view full-size and download.
Privacy: Event galleries show all participants’ photos. Only download and share photos you have permission to use.

Sorting and Filtering

Photos are automatically organized:
  • Default Sort: Most recent first (descending by created_at)
  • Chronological Order: Older photos appear at the bottom
  • Event Grouping: If you’ve attended multiple events, photos may be grouped by event

Finding Specific Photos

To locate a particular photo:
  1. Scroll Through Grid: Recent photos appear at the top
  2. Check Timestamps: Hover over photos to see creation time
  3. Filter by Event: If available, use event dropdown to filter
Future Feature: Advanced filtering by style, date range, and favorites is planned for future releases.

Managing Photos

Deleting Photos

Event Organizer Feature: End users typically cannot delete photos. This feature is available to event organizers in their dashboard.
If you need a photo removed:
  • Contact the event organizer
  • Or contact Cabina support with the photo ID

Storage Limits

Your gallery storage:
  • No Limit: No cap on number of photos stored
  • Retention: Photos are stored indefinitely
  • Access: Always available while your account is active

Mobile vs Desktop Experience

Mobile View

  • 2-column grid: Optimized for phone screens
  • Touch gestures: Swipe to close photo previews
  • Responsive images: Optimized loading for mobile data
  • Native download: Uses device’s native download manager

Desktop View

  • 3-4 column grid: More photos visible at once
  • Hover effects: Better hover state feedback
  • Keyboard navigation: Arrow keys to navigate photos
  • Direct download: Browser’s download manager

Social Media

To share a photo on social media:

Open Photo

Tap the photo thumbnail in your gallery.

Download First

Download the photo to your device.

Upload to Platform

Open your social media app and upload from your device photos.
Direct social sharing from the gallery (via share button) may be available depending on your browser and device.
Photos are stored at secure URLs:
  • Each photo has a unique URL
  • Right-click and “Copy Image Address” to share the link
  • Links are permanent and publicly accessible

Troubleshooting

Possible causes:
  • Generation is still processing (wait 60 seconds)
  • You’re viewing the wrong event gallery
  • Photos were generated under a different account
Solutions:
  • Tap the refresh button
  • Navigate back to main view and re-enter gallery
  • Verify you’re signed in with the correct account
Solutions:
  • Check device storage (ensure sufficient space)
  • Try downloading one photo at a time
  • Use a different browser
  • For ZIP downloads, reduce batch size by downloading photos individually
Solutions:
  • Re-download the ZIP file
  • Try a different extraction tool (7-Zip, WinRAR)
  • Download photos individually if ZIP continues to fail
Check:
  • Look for green pulse indicator at bottom of gallery
  • Ensure you haven’t navigated away from gallery view
  • Refresh manually using the Actualizar button

Regular Backups

  • Download important photos immediately after generation
  • Periodically download your full gallery as ZIP backup
  • Store backups in cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, etc.)

Organization Tips

  • Rename downloaded photos with descriptive names
  • Create folders on your device by event or date
  • Tag favorites for easy identification

Privacy Considerations

  • Only share photos you have rights to distribute
  • Be mindful when sharing event gallery photos (they may include other guests)
  • Don’t share direct image URLs publicly if they contain sensitive content
