Credit Optimization Strategies

Accurate Allocation

Formula:
Event Credits = (Expected Guests × Photos Per Guest × Avg Cost) + Buffer

Example:
(150 guests × 3 photos × 100 credits) + 20% = 54,000 credits
Buffer Guidelines:
  • Small events (under 50 guests): +30% buffer
  • Medium events (50-200): +20% buffer
  • Large events (200+): +15% buffer

Bulk Purchasing

When to Buy More: Buy in advance if:
  • You have 5+ events planned in next 30 days
  • Current balance covers less than 2 weeks of typical usage
  • Promotional pricing is available
Wait to buy if:
  • Uncertain about near-term event pipeline
  • Testing the platform (start small)
  • Cash flow constraints

Cost Per Event Calculation

Track profitability:
Event Cost = (Credits Allocated × Your Cost Per Credit)
Event Revenue = (Price You Charge Client)
Profit Margin = ((Revenue - Cost) / Revenue) × 100

Example:
Allocated: 30,000 credits
Your cost: $0.65 per 1K = $19.50
You charge: $50.00
Margin: (($50 - $19.50) / $50) × 100 = 61%

Preventing Waste

Avoid Over-Allocation:
  • Start conservative, top up if needed
  • Review past events for baseline estimates
  • Use analytics to understand typical consumption
Avoid Under-Allocation:
  • Running out mid-event creates bad experience
  • Keep phone accessible during events to top up
  • Set buffer of at least 15-20%

Top-Up Workflows

Emergency Top-Up During Event

1

Receive Alert

  • Event continues uninterrupted
  • Users can keep generating
Best Practice: Always have at least 20,000 unallocated credits in your partner balance as an emergency reserve.

Scheduled Top-Ups

For recurring events or clients:
  1. Set calendar reminders to review usage weekly
  2. Allocate credits in batches (monthly or per event)
  3. Use analytics to predict needs
  4. Maintain minimum balance threshold

Transaction History & Reporting

Viewing Transactions

Wallet tab displays transaction log: Columns:
  • Date/Time: When transaction occurred
  • Type: Purchase, Allocation, Consumption
  • Amount: Credits involved
  • Balance After: Running balance

Invoicing Clients

If you resell to clients:
  1. Track allocations in Transaction History
  2. Note credits allocated per client
  3. Calculate cost using your pricing
  4. Generate invoices externally (or use accounting software)
  5. Reference transaction IDs for clarity

Credit Expiration & Policies

Do Credits Expire?

No. Partner credits never expire:
  • Purchased credits remain in account indefinitely
  • Allocated credits stay with events permanently
  • No time limit on usage

Refund Policy

Credits are Non-Refundable:
  • Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded
  • Once allocated, credits cannot be unallocated
  • Plan purchases carefully
Exceptions:
  • Platform technical issues preventing usage
  • Duplicate charges (refunded automatically)
  • Account closure (contact support for evaluation)

Troubleshooting

Steps:
  1. Wait 5 minutes for processing
  2. Refresh the Wallet tab
  3. Check email for payment confirmation
  4. Check transaction history
  5. If still missing after 15 min, contact support with transaction ID
Possible Causes:
  • Insufficient partner balance (purchase more)
  • Event already deleted
  • Trying to allocate negative or zero amount
  • Typo in amount field
Solution:
  • Verify available balance in Wallet
  • Ensure event exists in Events tab
  • Double-check amount entered
Investigate:
  • Check Moderation view for event
  • Count actual generations vs. estimate
  • Review which styles were used (premium costs more)
  • Check for multiple generations per user
Adjust:
  • Limit to standard styles only
  • Communicate usage limits to guests
  • Top up as needed
Not Possible: Credits cannot be moved between events once allocated.Workaround:
  • For future events, allocate conservatively
  • Top up from partner balance as needed
  • Over-allocated events can’t return credits (plan carefully)
