Wands

## Mod Integration

Some high-tier weapons require external mods for their full functionality:

- **Better End**: Crystal Aqua Staff, Aeternium Wind Staff

- **Arsenal**: Unique Staff 1 (with Elemental Avatar spell)

These requirements can be bypassed by setting `ignore_items_required_mods` to `true` in the mod configuration.
